The shoes I ordered were expensive for the quality. I measured my foot and ordered the appropriate size. When they eventually arrived, they had 39 on the sole, but were actually a size 42. I contacted the company to request a return. Initially they responded but once I asked for a refund with no restocking fee, they didn't respond. I sent two emails requesting a response and still nothing. Ultimately, I'd say this business is a scam and I'd recommend to never buy from them.

I'm the girl who carries her whole life in her bag and this tote fits ALL of it. Laptop, water bottle, wallet, makeup bag, snacks, a book... and it still looks sleek. The internal pockets keep things organized. Dream bag.

The dress I purchased was not sent via Australia but came from china. It said it was light and breathable but a think plastic material which I would expect from a $15 Temu dress. I paid $90 and the dress I got was so poorly made and was not at all what I was expecting. Would not recommend at all. I have asked for a refund and will see what happens

I ordered 4 items of clothing from their website and the clothing that arrived looked very different to the images on the website

I bought sandals online and had to take them straight to the cobbler. The buckles on the shoes were so poorly made the toggle on the buckle kept popping out. I couldn’t even put the shoes on. Not happy at all.

Marketed as a winter coat but it's barely warm enough for fall. The filling is thin and the outer shell doesn't block wind well. Looks nice but serves no purpose when you're actually cold. Misleading.

Website was misleading and led me to buying duplicate items of the same clothing. The item looks great but I definitely do not need 2. I will improve my review once I see what the customer service is like.

I live in Minnesota and this parka has been a lifesaver. The faux fur hood blocks wind, the down filling is genuinely warm, and it hits mid-thigh so my legs stay warm too. Function over fashion and it still looks good.

Well, I have ordered some things but I made an error with the delivery address. I have emailed them so many times but they don’t reply. I realise now it’s Chinese and they are very disorganised. I actually think the stuff is coming from China.
They lie about the store giving the impression it’s Australia and New Zealand. God knows what’s going to happen to my stuff, not to mention my money. They send endless emails about the stages my orders are at yet NEVER answer emails. I will never use this store again.

The medium fits like a large. I'm swimming in it. The design is cool and the satin material has a nice sheen but I need to exchange for a small. Wish brands would standardize their sizing already.

I saved up for this coat and it was absolutely worth it. The wool is thick and warm, the construction is impeccable, and it looks more expensive than it was. This is a coat I'll have for years.

Great customer service. The bag I ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and offered any bag of my choosing for the same price as the one I had ordered. Received it today- gift for my sister in law in Portugal and I think she will love it! Thanks Julie and your team!

Be aware both Seaborne and Mayberry are the same company - same address, they have all the same photos and quality of the goods are rubbish. Sending anything back is near impossible you will have to pay the restocking fee and you pay return shipping - DO NOT BUY OFF THESE WEBSITES!! They will scam you

I ordered beautifully styled orthopaedic sneakers. I could not believe what arrived. The shoes did not match the online image at all. It was a cheap knock-off and as for orthopaedic.....what a joke.
On website banners appear stating hassle free returns and that you can return item within 30days. Then their return policy is different and hidden.
They argue that shoe resembles the image.
They offer for me to pay $20 more and choose another size or style to be sent out.I emailed them to cancel my next order and refund me. They are suddenly unreachable by email.
The website also creates the impression that it is created and owned by 3 Australian Women on the East Coast of Australia. I seriously doubt that. The business address is in Belgium and warehouse in China.
To make things worse I ordered 2 more items before I received my first delivery.
I read several Trustpilot reviews of several woman having had very negative experiences with Seabourne.com
Seabourne use Shopify to boost their website.
I am just wondering how many many others are falling victim to this mob who simply just accept and do not report these scammers. Where can I report them. My consumer rights have been violated. THEY NEED TO REMOVE 'HASSLE FREE RETURNS ' AS WELL AS 'IF YOUR PIECE IS NOT A PERFECT FIT ,YOU CAN EASILY RETURN IT WITHIN 30 DAYS', because their return policy does not comply with above statements.
Misleading product image as well as misleading return information - fraudulent for sure!
They deceive innocent customers to feel at ease as to returns encouraging sales by bombarding your inbox with further promotions. Which consumer watchdog can I contact?
