Leslie has worked with me for several years in multiple projects. She is always thorough and timely in her responses. My projects are always unique and complex retro fit renovations and she and I have created a great working dialogue.

Justin was amazing, he anticipated our needs and wants! So very helpful.

Justin did a great job of taking our design and bringing it to life. He made sure we were thinking of everything and really set us up for success. Additionally when it came time to order, he made sure any adjustments we made were covered with the correct parts and pieces needed. So far everything has gone together great right to the design plan. Highly recommend cabinets.com and Justin as a designer.

Leslie Shimasaki was a pleasure to work with. She was very conscientious in pointing out possible flaws in my design, and was patient with me as I submitted several design changes during the process. Ultimately the cabinets were delivered on time, in good shape, with all items accounted for.

Working with Ashley Brown was great! From the first time I spoke with her on the phone till when my order was placed, she was extremely easy to work with, responsive to all my questions and helped me along the process. Would gladly send any friend or family to her and may work with her again in the future!

They did a really nice job of working with me to design the cabinet plan for my mancave bar. Several iterations were made until we arrived at a good solution. Love the color and ease of installation.

I would not recommend Cabinets.com. If I could do this project over again, I would have budgeted more and gone with a local custom kitchen fabricator.

The packaging is completely inadequate for cabinetry in general. Cabinets arrive in basic cardboard boxes with very limited cushioning or protection, and mouldings and trim pieces are essentially thrown into cardboard boxes. Between shipping damage, poor workmanship, and inadequate quality control, roughly half of our cabinets and mouldings had some type of damage or defect.
What makes this even more frustrating is that many of the problems aren't necessarily obvious when you first open the boxes. Some defects only become noticeable once the cabinets, panels, and mouldings are installed and you're able to see everything together. By that point, you're already well into your project, and correcting the problems can interfere with finished work and your entire construction schedule.

We had a large order with kitchen and laundry room cabinets and mouldings. The order was delivered by a local freight company who basically just piled the order into our garage. A few of the cabinets were plastic wrapped onto a large pallet together. While cabinets.com has a 30 day claim window, we weren't able to install the cabinets until after the window had elapsed. Once we had opened boxes and started installing we realized how poor the quality and workmanship is.

On top of all of the damaged and defective pieces, one cabinet was missing from our original order. It then took over a month for Cabinets.com to get the missing cabinet to us.

We were building a new home, and that missing cabinet ultimately held up our final inspection and prevented us from moving into our house. Waiting more than a month for a cabinet that should have been included in the original order in the first place was completely unacceptable. An error in order fulfillment or freight shipping details shouldn't derail a construction project and delay occupancy of a new home.

I expected substantially better workmanship, packaging, quality control and order accuracy when problems occurred.

Unfortunately, I still have a few additional pieces I need to purchase from Cabinets.com because I need the factory paint to match the cabinetry that's already installed. Otherwise, I would not order from them again.

If you've already decided to order from Cabinets.com, order well ahead of when you actually need your cabinets and leave yourself a very large buffer for missing, damaged, or defective pieces. Do not assume that receiving your shipment means you have everything you ordered, and don't build your construction schedule around their initial delivery timeframe.

My biggest regret with our kitchen is not spending more upfront and using a local custom cabinet fabricator. Whatever we may have saved was not worth the damage, workmanship issues, missing items, delays, and frustration.

Molly was fantastic, she asked all the right questions and turned around a terrific kitchen remodel design in incredibly short order. Would definitely recommend Cabinets.com and Molly!

I was assigned Chantal Whiteley as my personal assistance in the design of our kitchen. Chantal was awesome to work with, giving us professional advice on design, color choice and overall kitchen layout, while always putting our own ideas first. She was always available to answer my questions by email or by phone. Chantal worked diligently with us so that our cabinets design gave us what we wanted at the price that fit in our budget.

Britt was SENSATIONAL!!!!!! She was timely, understanding, patient and extremelly professional! She guided me when I struggled w my own vision for my new kitchen space. Together she helped create my dream kitchen! SHE IS A HUGE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!

Britt was incredibly helpful with her expertise. She used my original design, made the appropriate adjustments as needed and her best recommnedations to help make the kitchen functional with a good flow for our older home. So happy with our results and will definitely be using this service and hopefully her help again if we design another kitchen! Everything was delivered in one day except for one cabinet which was located and delivered the next day. The service was easy, efficient and incredibly friendly.

Easy to use the design software to capture you or your clients desires. The style and color options work with most situations, then you have their pro step in to apply the finishing details, trim and touches that really make the install pop. Quality of the build and quality of the design help is top notch but the pricing is very affordable and stands up to many other companies I have inquired with.
Leslie’s support in final design is second to none! Followed up and made sure we had what we needed, great customer service.

Olivia stayed on the project (I believe even working through the weekend) fine-tuning the design and pricing. Her initiative made it so much easier to keep the momentum going and to get the order placed in a timely manner. Thanks.

This is our second time ordering cabinets with this company and specifically having Holly help us navigate the design and layout. She was responsive, helpful, and patient as we ensured we were selecting the right items based on our tricky layout. The cabinets are beautiful and well-crafted; our installers had everything they needed thanks to the details in the trim and mock-ups; and the customer service is outstanding.

Very helpful and available for a quick process. Friendly and knowledgeable. Took the stress out of managing the process off sight.
