Bought a Portofino watch for daughter's birthday - glass face fell off after less than 4 weeks. "Customer services" (aka customer fob off) refused to refund saying it was 4 weeks from date of posting not from date of receipt. Total rip off and waste of money. Likely made for pennies in Asia. Cheap useless product. Avoid avoid avoid.

I bought this watch, only to find it on Amazon, AliExpress, and even Temu for under $20 — while Caducci sellers are flipping it for $70 pretending it’s high quality. Spoiler: it’s not. It’s mass-produced and sold on every cheap wholesale site out there.
These shops are taking advantage of people who love vintage aesthetics but don’t know how to reverse image search or spot drop-shipped items.
If you’re looking for real vintage, support verified sellers or local thrift curators — not resellers charging 4x the price for something that ships straight from China.

I learned the hard way so you don’t have to. Do your research before buying

My watch came broken and Caducci has been ignoring all my emails and deleting my instagram comments of their page. I’m now disputing it with my bank. The item also took a month to deliver and it came in some poor Chinese packaging. It’s so obvious that it’s a cheap dropshipping product but the fact that they’re ignoring my refund request when they’re required to refund for defective items under law is completely unprofessional and amateur.

Ordered my package on 4/25 and received 5/18. The shipping timeline doesn’t match what is stated on their website. Also, the tracking code shows that the package comes from China and not “Italy” like their website states. Definitely not “Born in Italy” jewelry. Most likely a drop shipper. Not worth the price they advertise under so you’d be better off ordering directly off of Aliexpress or something

I placed my order on April 26th and received it may 17th. I reached out three times, the latest being on may 5th, and received only one response on may15th. Let alone the ring size that came was wrong; I ordered a size 5 and got a 7! I have smaller fingers and the ring doesn’t fit at all. I would steer clear of this site, and if you ordered I would recommend disputing with your card company because you won’t even get an answer from caducci in a timely manner (and probably won’t get the right thing or right size). Absolute waste of money

Ho ordinato un orologio il 20 Marzo non è mai arrivato. Ho segnalato più volte il problema ma ad oggi nessuna risposta in grado di risolvere il problema. Ho anche sollecitato per poter riavere un rimborso ma nessuna risposta.

Products are drop shipped from China. Use reverse image search and you can see the exact same products at 1/4 of the price.

I just received my watches. They are not of good quality, they are shipped and probably made in China. All the packaging and products come in a completely unmarked packaging. Even the gift they sent “for the value of my purchase” has already lost its color. Do not buy them.

The watch looks like it came from a boutique in Paris no joke.
The packaging was aesthetic af and shipping was quick too.
I emailed support to change my address and they fixed it in like 10 mins,legends fr.i’ll be ordering again thank you

Mijn moeder had een horloge besteld op Caducci.com. Na meerdere weken was het horloge nog steeds niet ontvangen. We hebben een paar keer contact geprobeerd op te nemen maar met weinig resultaat. Elke keer reageerde het bedrijf met dat het onderweg was maar het langer duurde doordat er verschillende ‘internationale rates’ waren veranderd, of dat ze een update zouden geven binnen 24 uur. Inmiddels geen verrassing meer, maar nog steeds niks van Caducci gehoord. Niet betrouwbaar.
