Duidelijk website om te bestellen
Duidelijk website om te bestellen, veel verschillende smaken en blends. Ook al heb ik verschillende soorten koffie geproefd, toch vind ik het 7 soorten assortiment een aanwinst om te proberen. De smaken komen goed overeen hetgeen op de verpakking staat en omgekeerd wat op de verpakking staat voldoet dan aan de verwachting.
Snelle en zorgvuldige levering en achteraf interesse in de ervaring. Top!

My coffee arrived so quickly to…
My coffee arrived so quickly to Ireland! Great tasting 100% Brazil arabica (which Google told me was the best coffee bean for my husband and myself, because we don't like really strong coffee!) It is smooth, great tasting, and we both love it! Communication with this company was very nice and friendly, and I will definitely order from them again.

Wel koffie, maar geen communicatie
8 zakken koffie besteld bij hun omdat ze goedkoper zijn dan de andere aanbieders, maar na betaling geen bevestiging en of factuur.
Een mail naar hun gestuurd, want ze hebben alleen contactmogelijkheid met een domme chatrobot.
Ook daar geen reactie op.
Gelukkig werd na een dag wel de koffie bezorgd.
Dus dat gaat wel goed.

great company!
I really enjoyed the products I bought here so far. Currently improving myself on coffee roasting and they not only sent the items in a good packaging and timely manner, they also guided me with each individual beans taste profiles, recommended roasting and blend options. You couldn’t find a better after sales service then this.
