The best flavour was the Oreo one, the other two were quite sickly and were dry.

Resposta da Cake Box
Dear Adil,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are sorry to hear that, although you enjoyed the Oreo flavour, you found the other two flavours to be overly sweet and dry. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand your disappointment.
Could you please let us know the name of the store where the cupcakes were purchased and the date of purchase? Once we have these details, we will escalate the matter to the store so they can review and investigate the issue thoroughly.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. It helps us improve both the quality of our products and the service we provide to our customers.
We look forward to hearing from you so we can investigate this further.
Kind regards,
Cake Box Customer Support Team
