One item came slightly scratched but support handled it alright. Didn’t have to argue back and forth for days.

Big fat con. Paid £25.95 ( advertised at half original price) for a solar powered figurine - which when it arrived - was a 6 inch plaster model!! Absolute rubbish - no reply to message sent requesting a return and full refund. Trading standards next!
