**WARNING** THIS IS A SCAM. This is an absolute scam where they sell you services quoting minimum price and shorter delivery times and once you are locked in and have shipped your stuff, they start charging you more and talking about delayed delivery. I was moving from San Jose CA to Seattle WA and dealing with sales agent Ari Kalfon. I needed delivery by 4/27 in Seattle, he asked me to schedule pick up on 4/20, quoted a price of $1962 and promised delivery between 4/27-4/29. At the time I said I have 15 boxes and he said I could take up to 30 at the same price. Finally I ended up having 25 boxes and I added a mirror and 2 bar stool for which 2 days before pick up he added $200. I said okay. Then, after my stuff is packed, the operations guy tells me your 10 day delivery window will start on 4/27. After I shipped, I get an email from Ari's manager Pavel Kushnir, saying the delivery could happen anytime between 4/27 and 5/8. Until this email I had no idea it would take this long. I called Ari multiple times and every time he would ask me to call after 20 mins, eventually he stopped answering my calls. I then tried reaching out to the customer support who then got me connected to Ari who still said it will not take till 5/8 and it should arrive earlier. At this point nobody was responding to my emails or calls or giving me any visibility into my shipment status. I was furious. I would not have gone with this service if this was the case. Over email, the manager Pavel tells me I would have to pay for guaranteed delivery which was never mentioned to me at the time of sale. They charged my card right after pick up and I had no visibility into where the shipment is for 2 entire weeks. To top it, the behavior of these two people was unacceptable. I was running out of a medicine which I had shipped and I requested them to prioritize this but the response I got was 'It will arrive when it arrives'. I did not have a choice but to stay in an empty apartment, sleeping and sitting on an air mattress and screwing my back. I would have planned my move much better if right expectations were set. I was completely scammed and was sold different pricing and delivery timelines. I would not recommend California Seattle Express. Moving cities is a stressful business and these guys DO NOT HELP YOU.
