Thank you for your feedback! In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks:
-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://callindia.com/access_numbers.

Ditched Vonage for this....so far good
Writing this review after using it for one month. I ditched my Vonage for this company (which I had it for 10 years) so far the call quality's are good.
App review: easy to setup, easy to use. Had issues now and than, like app not opening (ios) reboot- all good.
Call quality: So far good, compare to my old service provider vonage this company call india.com is good.
Rates: I tried with $10 first, I try to understand the rounding method they are using, I do understand the minutes are rounding to next to whole, also the charges for those calls are also rounding to next- I did my math to find out my total minutes does NOT equal to the money what they have deducted from my pre paid voice credit. However, for the March 2021, I'll go with unlimited minutes for 90 days. If needed I'll review or edit my review.

Cost wise the app is awesome
However if u try to look at the technical part the app needs serious software lookout as the app shutdown frequently more often,the sound clarity is so bad as if you talking on a radio
The developers trying to fix the issues or upgrade the app without any backup plan to which the customers Hv to face a lot of inconvenience as the money is already been taken but the service is been suspended,this is most of the time to which the CS try to justify you it will fixed soon
I-won’t recommend this service to anyone as there are better apps cost wise looks just a dollar expensive but worth it

We have investigated it, and found no issues in our crashes/events tracker related to your account. So, we conclude that the sound quality is directly influenced by the quality of your internet connection.
To improve that we recommend you use as much as possible a WiFi network when making calls.

As for the SMS issue, you need to have Voice Credit in your account in order to be able to send SMSes. The calling plan you're currently using is only available for calls.

3 years of service
It’s been 3yrs using the app. I rate more than 4 stars. The only disappointment for me with this is we can’t add or make a conference call 😊.

Poor call quality and connectivity!
The quality of voice call is very poor. Calls keep dropping continuouy. Extremely poor compared tonother providers although it rates are much better! Pls improve connectivity and voice clarity. Thanks.
