-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.

Mostly works fine, happy what you pay
Mostly works fine. Inexpensive pricing.
Some things to improve -
1. Some time connection takes too much time, or gets disconnected. Although not too frequent, still happens.
2. Sometime receiver gets random caller id. My number is not displayed on the other end
3. Doesn't support multiple mobiles, if we use within our family members. Once used in one mobile, automatically logs out of the second one. Need to re-login on the other mobile. this is inconvenient

Call is getting muted when the phone locks screen. We need to keep the app active until we disconnect the call. Also the rates are high when we get internet data is getting cheaper
