I’m using CallIndia service since 2016…
I’m using CallIndia service since 2016 but from last few months mobile app is troubling a lot. I’m unable to make a call from CallIndia mobile app even though I have strong WiFi connectivity and mobile has 5G network but unable to make a call thru mobile app.
Pls do the needful to place teh call from mobile app.

Happy customer
Call India is very good and affordable service. Before this service I was using vonage service which is little expensive. I have not faced any issues so far since I started using this service. They have direct/calling number option as well by using that option it is possible to call India numbers via your mobile service provider.

Thank you for talking about this. When using the app, 99% of such issues you've described are due to Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
So, our advice is to install the latest app version and also enable the Offline Calling option for free. This will allow you to make offline calls too from the app, as an alternative, when the internet speed is poor. If you need help with that, please get in touch: https://callindia.com/contact
But it's fairly intuitive, so just make sure you have the latest app version first. Then look for Offline Calling and enable it by following the steps.

P.S. Offline Calling is a feature that enables someone to place a call from the CallIndia app without using an internet connection, or while having a poor internet connection, through a local access number.
