Excellent Customer Service

The representative with whom I spoke (LAURA DAVID, North Augusta, SC) was EXCELLENT. She patiently answered my questions and was very helpful in trying to help me figure out why I'm not receiving all of my Callingpost messages. LAURA is a fine ambassador for Callingpost.

A Frequent Problem:

I recocord a message.
It sends.
I get a call with the message.
After I answer it takes 20 seconds for the message to begin.
After 10 seconds of the message playing, it begins again from the beginning.
By now it has used up 30 seconds of message time, so it cuts the message off before I hear all of it.

March-April 2022 Three Seperste Issues In A Row, Very Disappointing.

We had an issue Where the first recorded message did not send. Customer Service found a “bug” and the message went out almost an hour later.
Also, as a first response organization it is disheartening that we cannot send out messages 24 hours a day.
The is some sort of confusing option between midnight & 0500 but I still can’t understand even after Customer Service explains it!!!!!!!
We may start looking into other delivery systems as Calling Post has now failed us on the last 3 times we used it.

Thank you for this feedback. You are currently on an old pay as you go plan that does give messaging from 5 AM to Midnight. We do provide 24/7 messaging on our Premium Unlimited Monthly Plans. This would allow you to send your communications at all hours. It is required that you confirm after hours communications if that is needed each time you submit your message to send. We do recommend that you clean up old messages that are stored in your account for a smoother experience when sending messages over the phone. We are happy to help in anyway to make sure you are on the best plan for your needs. Currently you are not based on this feedback. We look forward to connecting with you asap.

Jennie M. provided excellent customer service and she was provided extra assistance with setting up my account, assisting with the scheduling of a webinar to learn more about how to use Calling Post and providing an invoice for our subscription renewal!

We have been using this service for over 10 years..

We have been using this service for over 10 years!!! Excellent service. I first discovered this when doing the announcements for the School my children attended. Eventually I brought it over to my work to give shout outs for paperwork. It is dependable and really handy. Avery clear and EASY service.Ty

I could not save and send my message

I could not save and send my message. The "next" button was not appearing on the screen to allow it to create and save the message. I posted in the chat window and someone responded as indicated -within the hour and the problem was solved.

I have always had a very good experience with my Calling Post. I especially like the recordings, because I am able to send the recordings to my secretary in order for her to write the minutes.
