Only bad thing is Chronopost international courier, which is out of Calumettes hands. Calumette is perfect and doing their best to make you happy. They have always sent out the package same day I ordered
Maybe one day they will start using GLS as courier, way higher quality shipping!

This is my first time ordering from the Calumette site, but my boyfriend has already ordered various electronic cigarette stuff from them. In my experience it is a very reliable site with fast, effective and very friendly customer service.

I placed an order yesterday, but after completing the payment, I realized that I forgot to order something.

I contacted them by email last night at 20 to ask if it was possible to cancel the order, so that I could place a new one with the forgotten component, or if it was possible to add the component to the order I had already placed (paying for the component, of course), so that I could avoid paying shipping charges.

This morning at 9 they had already replied to me and made me purchase the forgotten component by adding it to yesterday's order so that I would not have to pay the shipping charges.

Absolutely not to be taken for granted such fast, efficient, and buyer-friendly customer service.

Highly recommended.

I have used this company / shop for many years they were very reliable and provided an excellent service. But they recently changed their delivery company and now the deliveries have become erratic and unreliable.
Had to reverse my rating and
They do not seem to be able to fix the problem. We have decided to go our separate ways so I can’t recommend this shop any longer

Therefore, I am not able to recommend the services of this shop any longer. I am very sad , I have been with them for many years.

But Vape selling on-line is a very competitive market place now …for me reliability is essential…and they are no longer able to meet this requirement.

Un grand merci à Calumette pour son geste commercial. Suite à un dysfonctionnement d'un Box Eleaf Istick Power 2 qui avait été commandé en novembre 2023, Calumette m'a envoyé un bon de retour pour ma box et j'ai reçu gracieusement un nouveau box quelques jour après.

Excellent stock de produits et très bon service
