Horrendous
Horrendous. Lied to about dispatch date. Lied to about the postage service they used. 7 days of my item being “dispatched” now, still no updates on the tracking or any delivery. Buy DKNY or Ralph Lauren instead. This brand is horrendously bad at customer service, dispatch, and follow up, everything really, except taking your money!

Hvis jeg kunne give 0 stjerner, så var det tilfældet her. Min datter modtog en gave, som var købt via CK egen hjemmeside. Da, det var forkert model og str, valgte hun selvsamme dag, at skrive til CK for at bede om at få tilsendt en returlabel og forklare returneringen af gaven. Der kom ingen respons fra CK. Vi valgte derfor at tage kontakt til den person, som havde købt gaven, for at bede om hjælp til dette. Her er beskeden så uforskammet, som, at vores datter bare kunne have benyttet sig af andre måder på at komme i kontakt med os på - og nu var returneringstiden også overskredet. Det til trods for, at vi har gjort nøjagtigt, som CK skriver på deres hjemmeside, at man skal gøre i forbindelse med returnering af en vare. Vi skrev samme dag, som var indenfor få dage efter købet. Vi har prøvet utallige gange, at få et svar ud af CK, så vi kunne returnere og få enten pengene tilbage el et tilgodebevis, som kan benyttes på deres side. Men de er så frække, at de er lang tid om at vende tilbage og med samme svar gang på gang. Vi har blot gjort, som CK anmoder om via køb/returnering på deres hjemmeside. Men det er selvfølgelig også en måde at undgå at få varer retur og penge tilbage til kunden - FØRST at vende tilbage, når returneringsdatoen liiiige er overskredet. Jeg har handlet meget via hjemmesider, men aldrig har jeg mødt så uforskammet en opførsel fra et så stort firma. Jeg kommer ALDRIG til at handle via deres hjemmeside igen - og kan på ingen måde anbefale, at du gør det samme.

Bought 2 pairs of trousers online, followed the returns procedure and returned to a store both pairs, only received a refund for 1 pair when I queried online they advised the shop and online sales are not linked and I’d need to take it up with the shop
Got no refund £63 out of pocket would not recommend buying online unless you are sure you’ll keep
I won't be using them again
I won't be using them again, no customer support, charge you for 24 hours tracked and I am a week in now with no delivery or updates....I can't contact them as you go around in circles, the most useless flow and customer service in the world, I will never buy from this brand again!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company! Not only did it take me ages to receive my item and it wasn't delivered on time, also once I finally received my items I could not quite believe what tack and bad quality I was sent! especially for the hefty prices of the products! quite frankly I have seen better things in Primark! and not only that! now I'm having to wait for my refund! I returned my items over a week ago now and they're telling me I'm going to have to wait another 3 weeks potentially to get refunded !! absolutely disgraceful! I will never ever be ordering off this company again, it's bad service, total rip off and bad quality products!!
My advice to anyone considering buying off this company is "DON'T DO IT!"
What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company, ordered a jacket, says to fit 44' chest, I'm 45' so think should be okay. When it comes I could fit another person in with me, so need to exchange for another size. But they don't do exchanges so I need to re-order, but it was in Black Friday sale, so think if I chat to them and explain they will honour the price, nope my fault apparently for there shocking sizing.
First and last time ordering for them
So far I am not happy with my first purchase from Calvin Klein, and I really wish I'd have read reviews first, however I didn't expect such poor service from a well known established brand. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my order to arrive after paying for standard delivery (ETA 4-5 days). Tracking is useless, and royal mail tracking still claims they have not yet received the parcel. I spoke briefly with online customer service who said the parcel was awaiting to pass customs, which I didn't realise my item was coming from another country? And asked me to check again on the Monday. I have checked and still the same info given on tracking. If I do not receive my item this week I will be putting a claim in through PayPal for a refund. I hate when companies charge you for a specific delivery and fail to provide it.

Placed an order week and a half ago, last update was on 30th of November about it being dispatched, since then I spoke with customer service and was told my order is being held at customs as it’s been shipped from their warehouse in Netherlands! There has been no update on my order for over a week now. So so disappointed, I won’t be ordering anything from them again
Poor quality
Contacted customer services because my son loves their boxers but many, many pairs develop holes which he asks me to stitch up!
Got a response really quickly, but ultimately they have not done anything. Yes, I don’t have a receipt but we are talking about the quality which continually fails.
Quality has gone to pot
I used to love CK and didn't mind paying extra for such quality - the feel of the clothes and fit were wonderful - but what on earth has happened?? Now I can see through the sleepwear t shirts that have just arrived. My old ones were thick and soft but the material now is thin and scratchy; the fit is like a sack of potatoes. They also arrived with lots of deep marks from the hangers that I doubt will iron out.
I don't want to sleep in them and at the cost of £26 each - that's WITH 20% off! - it's now a scam.
Save your money and buy from Tesco or Primark.

It almost seems more like a dropship company than a supposed high-end retailer!
They take a good week to dispatch an item, and then it's another two or so weeks for delivery.
I ordered something a couple of months ago which arrived and the box had clearly been opened and the item used (this is underwear we're talking about - super gross).
My more recent order dropped in price by 50% from the time I ordered to the time they dispatched (I still haven't received it). I asked if they'd kindly match the new price, and I was told to return the item and re-buy it... That would cost them twice as much as just honouring it! Absolutely bonkers.
Will not be buying from them again, either directly or any other outlet.
Unhelpful and unfriendly
I placed an order using PayPal checkout, which unfortunately populated my old address, which I understand is my fault - I contacted customer service through live chat, to explain what has happened and to either cancel my order or update the address if possible. Santiago was very unfriendly. I was told none of that is possible, the £100 order I placed will just need to ship as is - I can deal with royal mail to try and get it to my correct address, or worst case, contact my payment provider for a refund if there's an issue (bearing in mind, the order hasn't event left CK yet!) asking to speak to a supervisor, I was told everyone works from home, and he can't.. what a joke. Love their products, but CS is terrible, just use a retail outlet and avoid CK direct.
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. Received damaged, empty box. Used webchat and they sent me a PDF form to complete. They will not accept digital signature, only one in handwriting, but cannot advise how achieve this on a non-editable PDF file. Asked if i could send separately a picture of my signature and that was declined. I do not have a printer, so their solution is to tell me to walk to local library and pay to use theirs. Totally obstructive approach to customer service. I am still unable to achieve what they need me to in order to even begin to resolve my issue - so currently £77 down and no goods to show for it, with no way of resolving. Agents Rita and Ana - you should not work in customer service and CK you seriously need to review your processes!!!!
Online chat is unfriendly
Online chat is unfriendly, unhelpful, closed the chat without resolution, and their failure to deliver my order in time has resulted in no present for a very important birthday. I like CK underwear, but as a result I have now bought my last pair. Clearly they don't care at all about customer service.

Don't bother ordering if you actually want to receive anything
Ordered some socks on the 27th November, but it took until the 8th December to 'dispatch' them. It's now the 12th December and the Parcelforce tracking hasn't updated so I'm not even sure they're on their way. Over 2 weeks and still no closer to receiving my order. Impossible to get in touch with customer services so I'm going to go through my bank for a chargeback. You don't expect a brand like Calvin Klein to be running a sham eCommerce site, but seems they are. Save your money and buy from elsewhere.
*Finally got through to customer services who advised UK orders are dispatched from Europe. Didn't see this advised anywhere on the site or during the check out process. So be warned. Also claimed that the 3 weeks that will pass by the time my order is delivered is 'normal'.*
They are simply scammers
They are simply scammers. I confirmed my order and paid, then waited for a month, then discovered that they would send me one piece out of two, and on top of that, they use my bank card without my knowledge... and the customer service lacks respect for the customer, and they deal with the customer according to the principle that you like it or you don’t like it, it doesn’t matter.
Finally they didn’t refund my money and I got only one item
