I ordered some Men’s Boxers which were on sale for a Pack of 2 for £17.50 - Great I thought! It was the perfect gift for my partner as our anniversary was coming up. They arrived quite swiftly in fairness. Anyways couple of weeks later, my partner goes to open them up and put some on and low and behold one pair of boxers is a completely different size to the other... like what? So I emailed Calvin Klein initially on 7th July, I then emailed again on 14th July which I received a reply on the 15th July wanting me to send them proof of atleast 10 things to do with the product... like why should I have to go that far to prove my order is wrong?!... I still haven’t heard anything back but luckily my partner can fit into both boxers that’s why I’m giving it a 2 star experience.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!
Bought a £75 bag which arrived FILTHY.
Have emailed them three times over the past two months and still haven't had any response and the toll number isn't working so I can't call them!
I had to email Missguided for an issue with a similar item on the same day and had a reply, and had a new one shipped out and received within 24 hours.
You expect more from a more premium clothing line like Calvin Klein!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEN AGAIN.

Absolutely awful.
Absolutely awful.
Returned my faulty coat that I spent £300 on. Ripped and feathers all clumped together after a year of having it. Arranged for the coat to be returned and I will be given a refund. After they received my coat I've not heard anything. They are ignoring my emails. And now I'm without a coat and don't have my refund and it's been nearly a month.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I'm really dissapointed and upset. I will not be shopping at Calvin Klein ever again.

Always a great experience
Been shopping with Calvin Klein since I was 17. I’m now 47 and still love the brand. Online expert great. Love the new seasons menswear... their watches are incredible... I have 19 in total. Timeless. Jeans range perfect fit! Love the evolution of the brand. Never had a bad experience...

This company customer service is disgusting
They never ever reply back, they don't care about the customer at all .
I bought a jeans online it's meant to be delivered on 2 to 3 working day.. but It never dispatched until 5 days and it has been a week it didn't arrive yet I contacted the customer support but they never reply now I am in holiday and I don't know what to do and this is not the first time that happens

Nothing wrong with the product but customer service is awful. Took more than 2 weeks to arrive when delivery time was 2 days. 2 emails sent and zero reply.

Terrible customer service, sent me the wrong item and haven’t replied to my emails, both emails I’ve had to call after and chase. Ordered a month ago and still not received the correct item, they just keep telling me to wait and blaming Black Friday.
