Pure DIY Style (വെറും റെക്കോർഡഡ് വീഡിയോകൾ): ലക്ഷങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങിയ ശേഷം നമുക്ക് തരുന്നത് യൂട്യൂബിൽ പോലും ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ചില അടിസ്ഥാന വിവരങ്ങളും കുറച്ച് റെക്കോർഡഡ് വീഡിയോകളും മാത്രമാണ്. ബാക്കി കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം നമ്മൾ തന്നെ ചെയ്യണം (Do It Yourself). യാതൊരുവിധ പേഴ്സണൽ ഗൈഡൻസും ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല.

1. "Done-for-you" അല്ല എന്ന വാദം:
സ്ഥാപനം ഇപ്പോൾ പറയുന്നു ഇതൊരു "Done-for-you" (ഞങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ചെയ്തു തരും) മോഡൽ അല്ല എന്ന്. എന്നാൽ എന്നെ ഇതിലേക്ക് ചേർക്കാൻ നടത്തിയ വെബിനാറിൽ "Fast Action Takers-ന്" നൽകിയ പ്രധാന വാഗ്ദാനം തന്നെ അതായിരുന്നു. 2 ലക്ഷത്തിലധികം രൂപ ഫീസ് വാങ്ങാൻ വേണ്ടി അന്ന് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്ത "Funnel & Automation Setup", "300 Guaranteed Leads", അതുപോലെ തന്നെ "Diamond Kit", "Money Management Kit" എന്നിവ ഇന്നുവരെ എനിക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടില്ല. പണം വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് പറയുന്ന വാഗ്ദാനങ്ങൾ പണം കിട്ടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മാറുന്നത് ശരിയായ ബിസിനസ്സ് രീതിയല്ല.
2. കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി സപ്പോർട്ട് (Community Support):
സപ്പോർട്ട് നൽകുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് മറുപടിയിൽ പറയുന്നു. എന്നാൽ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ സംഭവിച്ചത് മറ്റൊന്നാണ്. എനിക്ക് ലഭിക്കാനുള്ള ഈ സേവനങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ, യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പുമില്ലാതെ എന്നെ ഇവരുടെ പ്രധാന വാട്ട്സ്ആപ്പ് സപ്പോർട്ട് ഗ്രൂപ്പിൽ (Care and Commitment Group) നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കുകയാണ് (Blocked/Removed) ചെയ്തത്. പണം നൽകിയ ഒരു കസ്റ്റമർ സേവനങ്ങൾ ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവരെ ഗ്രൂപ്പിൽ നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കുന്നതാണോ നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രൊഫഷണലിസം?
3. സിസ്റ്റം (The System):
CRM ആക്സസ് തന്നു എന്നത് സത്യമാണ്. എന്നാൽ വെറുമൊരു സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയർ ലോഗിൻ തന്നതുകൊണ്ട് കാര്യമില്ല. അത് പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കാൻ വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്ത ഓട്ടോമേഷനോ (Automation) ഗ്യാരന്റീഡ് ലീഡുകളോ (Guaranteed Leads) തരാതെ ആ സിസ്റ്റം എങ്ങനെയാണ് ഒരു കസ്റ്റമർക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുക? പരാജയങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം മുഴുവൻ കസ്റ്റമറുടെ തലയിൽ കെട്ടിവെക്കുന്നത് എളുപ്പമാണ്.
ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ (Conclusion):

Ahoy! Moving ahead & beyond....
After joining Calzol, its been about 3 weeks and what i am experiencing the most is a fresh bout of energy, the rekindling of hope, a fresh perspective to look at things. What I also see is a constant follow up by our mentor Mr. Praveen Calvin through a system that leaves almost no room for laxity.
