I ordered 3 heart lollies for my niece after a hospital appointment, and when they arrived there was an extra one included.
I emailed to ask how I could pay for the additional lolly, but I was told it was a gift — such a thoughtful and kind gesture!
I’ve used this company for gifts a few times now, and everything always arrives perfectly.

I ordered lots of chocolate lollies for Christmas. They were packaged beautifully and I arrived on time.
I was sent a novelty chocolate guinea-pig and several other animal shaped chocolates for Christmas. They were far too cute to eat but eventually I gave in. Beautiful tasting and looking chocolates.
I ordered some bespoke geese shaped chocolates for an event. They were perfect. So cute and tasty.
I want to find a reason to not give this company 1 star, but after trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, i must sadly give this company 1 star. I placed an order on the 17th of November 2025, which i have not yet received. It is now the 1st of January 2026... I have written multiple mails to company but no response. This is my honest experience.
