Ordering process
Your website for ordering for my dad never allows me to use his bank card I have with POA on it.
I either have to ring or use my mine.
I did once try PayPal and the card was then used fraudulently.

Honest and reliable company
What a refreshing change to deal with a company that does exactly what it says it will do.
Wine was ordered on Tuesday. I had instant confirmation of the order with an invoice and date of delivery. The wine was delivered well packed the following day.

Cambridge Wine Merchants did an excellent job of meeting my wine requirements for a lunch event in London. They communicated well, beforehand, to understand my needs. Ordering the wine shipment was easy online, and it was delivered to the venue in good time - which gave peace of mind!

Wonderful lunch and bottle of wine
Fantastic place to enjoy some amazing wine and cheese. We had such a great time we went again the next day! Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, really great service in a lovely environment. A joy!!
