This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I should have canceled when they emailed me to say they didn't have the color. I requested a different color, and it was shipped so late, leaving from "mainland china" despite advertised as a Denver company. Finally received the cheapest looking bag you've ever seen, despite paying $95. Returning means mailing it myself to Isreal!? And paying the shipping, AND they will take their shipping costs out of my refund. Do not buy from here.

I ordered The Xerus™ Plus Wallet by Camel Mountain – Ultra-Slim Apple AirTag Wallet on November 27th. I tried emailing them but my emails keep bouncing. I tried contacting them via phone (the three telephone numbers they have are all not working), and my chats on their website, Instagram and WhatsApp have all not been replied to. After reading the reviews here, now I understand why.

Avoid Camel Mountain: Lifetime Warranty Is almost a Scam

I strongly advise against purchasing any product from Camel Mountain. My experience with their so-called "lifetime warranty" has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake.

I purchased The Insert Pro bag from Camel Mountain, trusting their claim of a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. However, when the stitching on the zipper rail failed due to poor workmanship, the company refused to honor their warranty. Despite providing detailed photos and documentation, including a screenshot of their own warranty policy, they claimed the damage was “irreversible” and offered me a measly 25% discount on a replacement bag instead of fixing the issue or reimbursing repair costs as their warranty promises.

To make matters worse, I reached out directly to their customer service after being stonewalled by their Israeli distributor. I sent multiple emails, including one addressed to their management, and waited over 24 days for a response—only to be completely ignored. This blatant disregard for customers is appalling.

Camel Mountain’s marketing is misleading, and their customer service is virtually nonexistent. They use the "lifetime warranty" as a sales gimmick to lure buyers, but when issues arise, they dodge responsibility and leave you stranded.

I have wasted both my time and money on this company, and I want to ensure others don’t suffer the same. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Camel Mountain.

If you’re considering buying from them, think twice. You’ll get better quality and service from companies that actually stand behind their products.

I bought a three-piece hard shell luggage set off of TikTok shop, received the luggage and it's excellent. It is what appears to be the same quality as my very expensive Samsonite.

We ordered 2 backpacks in July. When weeks passed without delivery, we requested cancellation of order. They asked us to wait a little more. We waited another week. Then we said to cancel our order and they said to just return when we got it. When these backpacks arrived about a month later, we had already had to buy backpacks elsewhere for our daughters for college.
We tried to return. They asked for us to keep them for a reduced cost. We said no. They gave us the run around for returns. The return address is not listed on the website. When they finally gave it, it was in ISRAEL. they said that there was a problem with their US return location?! So because it was going to cost so much to return, I thought maybe we would just keep them. BUT THEY ARE GARBAGE! they are so little. they are like child backpacks that you can buy at WALMART! This company should be put out of business. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Placed an order on January 18th

Placed an order on January 18th. Was supposedly contacted about the aesthetics of the backpack changing which delayed the order (I never received the email, not sure gwhat happened there). Sorted that out on January 21st. As of today (January 31st) I have never received a confirmation email or any status update; abysmal ability at communicating.
