Hello! I need to break the mold LOUDLY and say that cameos customer support is amazing. If you need to reach them its through their email, they replied within 24/hours. I wrote Tuesday morning on the 3rd and they responded in the evening. I was panicked due to ordering a cameo, (as you might know they can be a little pricy depending on who you order from) and there was a mixup from the talent, making the video unusable for valentine's. After reading the reviews and seeing mostly bad things I freaked, thinking that I wouldn't be able to get assistance in time or a refund to place a new order. I sent like 3 emails in a row pleading for help when in reality one would've sufficed since they came with a solution so quickly. 😅 They managed to redo my order for free and the talent fixed the video and really went above and beyond with the new one! My boyfriend will lose his mind on valentines, I cant wait to show him! I once again wanna thank the team and Nolan North for making our Valentine's so special, I will be using Cameo again!!

Ordered with 7 days for delivery. It was cancelled after 4 stating the artist ran out of time. A quick Google search shows this has happened to others, and seems to be a system error on Cameo's part. I emailed their customer support team, who's only advice was to rebook it again.

However if I do this, and it takes 7 days from today, this will be past the date I needed it by.

Customer service were quick to respond but offered no helpful solution. I won't be using or recommending Cameo. Which is a shame as if the experience had gone well, I am sure I would use it again, and recommended to others too.

Terrible experience. No recourse to a refund if product quality is not satisfactory. Terrible video, message was really poor. Couldn’t send it on to the person. Waste of £200.

Disgusting

Sent a request to Jac Yarrow as there were two available. After 5 days, was told it could not be completed in time. I was given the chance to give the artist more time, so I requested again. Another 5 days went by and I got the same email. If it's not favourable for the artist to complete this kind of thing, then it's best to remove themselves from the app. To give false hope to a young fan is really unfair.

Terrible experience. Booked a cameo video. Had an email 6 days later saying it could not be delivered. Then had repeated emails asking me to rebook at double the price. The customer service was appalling and takes no responsibility and just blames the ‘stars’ for the inability to deliver the product and for the price changes. Don’t book unless you want to be highly disappointed

The recipient of a Cameo video is not given the option to control whether their video is public or private. Consent from the purchaser is not the same as consent from the recipient. This is a privacy issue, not a preference. Please escalate this to product or legal, as the current design removes agency from the individual whose likeness and personal message are being published.

However recently I ordered a birthday greeting and waited and waited. It finally expired and then they wrote and said the talent is sorry and still wants to do the greeting. I waited and waited. Nothing. Here is the kicker. They charged me $16 to DM and ask if I would ever get the message! What a joke. BTW, the talent wrote back and said he promised today….. nothing. Birthday surprise blown

Absolute scam! I have paid extra money for HD quality and received a video in the most lowest resolution possible!!
I also have paid for 24 hour delivery, which means I needed it quickly. The support is a joke, no one answers and no one wants to help.
And they do not give any refunds. So I just wanted my money and did not get a gift I was expecting.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Absolutely thrilled with my cameo video, 🌟 💫 ordered for my Mum for Christmas, 💝William Roache aka, Ken Barlow from coronation street was absolutely fantastic, delivered a highly personalised video which was played to my mum on Christmas Day 🤶, she was touched by the message that was delivered for her 😘 but is still trying to work out how it came through the tv 😂🤣, overall delighted, worth every penny!! Thank you soo much 💝

Booked Kit Young for a video message. No message arrived and Cameo unwilling to help chase up. Pointless service. Avoid both as they are a huge let down

Absolutely terrible I would never use this site again I booked 2 video messages for my kids so they keep hold of your money because they have 7days to see if they feel like actually doing your video in the first place 🤯 one of the people actually seen my request couldn’t be bothered doing it and the other went over the 7 days and timed out so I tried to do it again and was only going to put me on a waiting list? Absolute JOKE! I even tried another 1 paid for it in the end I cancelled it so I ended up paying for 3 messages and got 0 And they keep a hold on your money for a extra 5to7 after that before they release your money! I emailed them and they got back to me saying what I’ve already said they got 7 days to see if they want to do it or not 🤯🫣🤣😂 take my advice stay away unless you want to loan someone money for 2 weeks! that’s all your doing with this website THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY they don’t offer customer support or have a chance to leave feedback! Upsell At Every Turn
I'm really disappointed in my experience with Cameo...you pay not only for the talent but they're upselling you on expediting, removing their logo, for a card to accompany the message, and today the talent asked me to provide more detail...Cameo only allows 250 characters which I used...in order to send an additional message it cost me $10. I won't use them again.

Ordered a video from Juliet Landou, she responded immediately saying she was strapped for time but would deliver after a week delay. Which she did. She personalised the video perfectly! High quality video with a fun twist. Others have commented it looks like AI but I don’t think so.
