I called Cameron Estates for a viewing of a two bedroom flat to rent that I had seen online and spoke with Ketan, he very promptly offered a viewing the following day. I explained my circumstances and urgency to find somewhere and within an few hours I got a call that he had put in a good word with the landlord and my bid was accepted. I paid the initially holding deposit and was given a move date pending checks. This all went smooth and I am now in my new place. I would highly recommend Ketan as an agent, he was very professional and well manned throughout the encounter and goes above and beyond. Thanks again, Amir.

My partner and I were looking for our first place to rent together - was initially difficult until we met Nicola - Nicola was great, and kept us up to date with information about potential properties coming up - she took into consideration our requirements and we eventually found the right place - the application process was smooth and Nicola was always on hand to help with any queries - we are all set to go now and hopefully moving in next week !

My experience at the West Drayton branch thus far has been excellent - I first used them just over a year ago to find a place to rent.
Ketan is a consummate professional and I had no qualms recommending him to a friend when they needed to move.
Recently my landlord needed the property back and whilst there wasn't much on the market Ketan had understood my needs and kept me in mind when appropriate properties did come up - including the one I am now moving into.
Similarly, the other colleagues at this branch I've interacted with have always been helpful, professional and pragmatic if I've had any queries - particularly James, Nicola and Esmerelda - thank you for providing such excellent service!

Worst agency ever!! 4 months into the property they gave us notice to vacate the property becausr the landlord decided to sell the house.

I explained Ketan how difficult it was for me to find a pet friendly place and the first thing I asked at the viewing was "what's the catch " it's a 2 bed house, cheap rent comparing to whats on the market, pet friendly. Ketan looked me in the eye and lied. "There is no catch Eva"

1st month in to the property we had a gas leak
4th month - water leak
During checkout they charged £10 for a few hangers I left in the wardrobe and a total of £250 from our deposit. After, a back and forth emails they charged us £150. We were in the property for only 5 months and they charged an arm and a leg on "damage".

This agency is simply a joke. They put the house for sale before they even told us.

I am a property landlord, worked with three different letting agents. My experience of working with Cameron has been extremely frustrating.

At 1st lease renewal expect to be hit with excessive fees with no prior notification, as I was. When I queried these last year I was ignored, having chased a response (several times) the response I received was extremely rude and abrupt.

At second renewal I was advised the fee wouldn't be charged this time, but despite this I was charged. I queried this, no response, chased several times and when finally got a response was advised as I didn't take the offer immediatley it wasn't valid. None of this was ever made clear. They have now agreed to refund the fee but made it clear this is all my fault!!

Would not recommend Cameron to a landlord, and if/when my tenant decides to vacate the property will be switching agents.
