This RV trip in Iceland was a first and we definitely recommend this company ! The vehicle was clean and functional, easy to drive, even on ice roads. The staff is friendly and helpful, they know how to make you feel safe.

Booked our camper van via campervan iceland and we had good experience with them. They responded to emails very quickly. Happy with the service.

We had a great time with the motorhome (Motorhome Premium). 1 week in April 2024. The motorhome was managed in fact by Europcar. Very professionnal. No problem. Contact with Campervan Iceland was quick and relevant. Good advices.
The motorhome was very well equiped, with many kitchen materials, toilet paper, sponge. Also fitted sheets and towels. We had our own sleeping bag.
The heating system worked very well, very important in April!
Europcar picked us at the airport (about 25minutes wait). They bring us back very quickly.
Very important to take the tablet with wifi they propose (included in our package). Very usefull (GPS, wind, weather, etc.)

The pick up from the airport is super convent and swift, no waiting around. Explanation of how things work and the staff is super friendly. They will answer all questions via email. Super reliable vehicles and great on gas too. Our van handled all weather really well. I will be back and use this company again.

I have already booked a campervan here for three times. I was absolutely satisfied every time.
The cars are in perfect technical condition. The accessories are flawless, only cosmetically there may be a small dent or a scratch. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pick-up at the Airport is reliable. The auxiliary heating is very pleasant and the sleeping place is comfortable.

I will book again as I take a week off to Iceland every year.

I know nothing of their service or anything about them as I was unable to book anything from there site which shows several accepted forms of payment, then only accepts debit or credit card at the end of the process and the site repeatedly crashes and sends you back to the beginning

Nuestra recogida en el aeropuerto estaba prevista para las 21:30h y lo hicieron a las 23:30h dejando a otros clientes esperando para la siguiente recogida. En todo ese tiempo no vino nadie a recoger a ninguno de los 9 clientes que estávamos allí angustiados por desconocer el motivo del retraso. Nadie contactó con nosotros para informarnos del retraso cuando disponen de nuestros tlfs. de contacto. La Camper correcta, ningún problema

I would not recommend renting from here as communication is terrible and can leave you stranded. We were not provided with instructions for pickup so assumed it was at the airport address provided, but they do not in fact have an office there at all. Apparently we were supposed to be picked up by a rent.is shuttle, and we had no idea we should be looking for an entirely different company. Their phone line goes straight to a message that says to email them, so we had no way to find out what was going on and were stranded at the airport at 1 in the morning. We only figured out to finally contact rent.is after a nice woman at the Hertz counter noticed a tiny, almost illegible, rent.is logo on our paperwork. The van itself was fine though the USB charger didn't work which was very annoying.

Vi lejede en lille campervan gennem Campervan Iceland (Rent.is) i slutningen af juli 2020. Alt gik super fint! Afhentning i lufthavnen, nem pick-up af bilen, som var rigtig god. Der var det hele og alt virkede. God service. Vil helt klart anbefale dem til andre, da prisen var den bedste vi kunne finde og bilen havde det hele, var god at køre i og fejlede ikke.

Vi havde lejet en motorhome, da vi ankom i lufthavnen skulle det håndteres via Eurocar. Det tog en time før vi blev hentet og kørt ud til området hvor vi skulle have motorhome. Her var bilen ikke klar og vi skulle vente yderligere 45 min
