Ordered from them and paid for expedited shipping and today is the 8th day and my order hasn't been dispatched yet. Customer service is one of the worst I have encountered.

Great product but no guide lines except the basic
Well I bought the tent and it arrived the day before I left , was super excited but no chance to try. Anyway when I arrived it was late. We managed to get the tent up with no trouble except there were no guide lines except the very basic and I didn't bring spare . I wanted to put out the door for a cover but I didn't have spare so impossible. I was very disappointed I'd even bought some poles for door but with no rope I was stuffed.also being a two man tent I was a little worried but honestly being not so tall we had room for us and stuff at the bottom of our feet. Two mattresses fitted perfect
