the chest harness was quality made and this was the reason why I ordered it. But, when the wrong one arrived in the mail, the no-hesitation customer service to fix the problem showed me that not only the product was 5 star. I will be a returning customer!

The Coaxsher radio chest Pro model works great with my small urban search and rescue pack. For wilderness search, when I have a larger back pack, I use the smaller Coaxsher Scout model. It fits better with the Osprey AG.

Purchased a Big Agnes tent. The price was unbeatable. I had some difficulty with the payment process on the web site so opted for the live chat then actually had a telephone conversation with Chris. I chatted with their customer service as I had a couple of questions about an item. They were very knowledgable. In the end I bought a different tent than I initially was looked at. It was cheaper but had everything I needed. Super helpful staff.

Campman had the best price for what I was looking for. They use USPS for shipping. That can be a hit or miss. First order I received in 3 days. The second it took 8 days, likely because it was a holiday. I will be using Campman again, but will plan accordingly if they still use USPS.

Campman is independently owned and they care to make it right. I don't think you'll ever have a problem, but I'm sure they'd fix it. They quickly respond to emails and are always available.
