A bookseller who cares about the customer
There was a problem with the second-hand book I bought. There were some 8 pages that were blank, in other words, not printed. Ronnie at Campsie Books could not possibly have known this and obviously it was not his fault but he insisted on giving me a 50% refund which I didn't ask for. Now THIS is customer service. You certainly wouldn't get this from Amazon or any of the other 'big boys' I say Campsie Books gets more than 5 stars and I recommend them wholeheartedly. If you're looking for a book definitely try Campsie Books first and bad luck on you if he hasn't got the book you want and you'll have to go to one of the 'big boys' while holding your nose.
