Cute Sigma Chi keychain... as advertised!

Ordered a long sleeved shirt and sweatshirt on November 11 and didn’t get my items till November 30. Told me it was 5-7 days production time and took longer than that and then paid $13 for shipping and it took about 6 days to get to me after it shipped. Need to get it figured out because the service was not as good as I was told.

I was a little worried when the tracking number sent to me was incorrect. The address on my order was correct; however, the tracking information stated it went to a completely different address and was delivered 3 months prior to the order date. When I called the customer service number and spoke with Nate, he reassured me that I would receive my order. He also said they would re-order the items if I didn't receive them. I did receive the items at the correct address and as promised. I will order from here again. The quality of my items are wonderful!
