Great price, process was easy and the product received in timely fashion

I received exactly what I ordered. A brand new phone, very well parcel-packed, works great!

It was first time buying with small new business.
Purchased a new smartphone s23 ultra to gift my husband on his birthday. I was little bit concerned for the first time buying. But, it was really nice experience. I received phone within 7 days as I choose free shipping.
Brand new phone, on time delivery, good costumer service.
Definitely buy again.

Excellent price and quick delivery. Next day delivery by fedex. Recommended.

I was skeptical at beginning to place my large order for Sony A1 camera but Hazel answered all my questions and assured me and after looking at trustpilot reviews, I decided to move on and it turned very very positive experience for me and whatever Hazel said in chat became true and 100% correct. I saw their one and only negative review but that doesn't affect me because I love their honesty and clear expectations what she set to me.

Totally recommended. Saved lots.
Thank you.

The phone overall is a good phone but when it comes to compatibility and the companies that say that it works doesn't work properly at all this is a brand new phone that's the problem about companies that sell this I know it comes from China but if it's not compatible with the network they shouldn't be selling this in Canada as if it does just because of the 5G and there's nowhere to take it in because you have to send it back to China and it has so many issues with it and it's very finicky I think it could definitely be better when it comes to overall performance but it has glitches sometimes you have to reset the phone sometimes messages don't work properly and it is very confusing when I just got it brand new and I was told that it works but it really doesn't just the camera and everything else works properly but it's just very frustrating when you buy a brand new phone and you're already having problems I wouldn't recommend it if you're in Canada and you wanted a different kind of phone.

Communication was great and once the product shipped, it arrived very quickly.

Smoot transaction ! Great communication fives stars

Overall a great shopping experience with a delightful product! Would definitely repeat

Shopping experience was excellent. It’s the second time I purchase here. I’m still waiting for the product to arrive, but it’s on its way. Shipment is not as fast as I expected, but that’s to be expected when shipping is free and through Canada Post.

it took around 3 days for the tracking number of the package to arrive then the next day I got my phone in perfect condition

I am very satisfied with the product and the service I received.
I had to communicate with the company and the response was very quick and satisfactory.

Quick shipping, unit exactly as described.

I personally loved my experience. I ordered a Samsung galaxy a54 in white since I couldn't find the phone in this color anywhere else and it came completely new without any shortcomings !! The package was top notch - bubble wrap and brown paper to keep it from damage. They also were kind enough to include an adapter! It wasn't specifically for the Samsung c type c cable, but it was still pleasant. The delivery was very fast, and I could track my order without any problem. All in all, I recommend this site to anyone who can't find a certain product on the general market like the xiaomi or sony phones.

The ordering process was smooth, and I received regular updates on the status of my order. The shipping was prompt, and my product arrived in excellent condition.

Bought ASUS Zenfone 8. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was smooth, and the phone arrived well-packaged and authentic. The customer service was responsive and helpful, and the pricing was competitive. I highly recommend for their user-friendly website, excellent service, and genuine products. I would not hesitate to shop from them again in future.

Extremely satisfied with the Fujifilm X-S10 camera and the service I received. It's a high-quality product that delivers exceptional performance, and the service was reliable and professional. I highly recommend both the Fujifilm X-S10 camera and the seller's service to anyone looking for a top-quality camera and excellent customer experience.
