Wir haben für unser erstes Camping Erlebnis wirklich gute Erfahrung gemacht. Sie haben uns gut beraten, waren geduldig und wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Das Wohnmobil war Mega. Es war sauber und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Einfach nur toll. 😊

The pickup was delayed 2 hours due to lack of staff. We were not in a rush but it could have been a problem.

Wir hatten einen Platten und über die Notfallnummer wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Schwierig war es für uns, das Problem zu beschreiben, da der Service nur in Englisch und Französisch ist.
Früher wurde man am Hotel abgeholt und zum Flughafen gebracht. Sehr schade, dass dieser Service nicht mehr dabei ist.
Wir hatten ein RV mit 20000km, also fast neu und sehr sauber. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist der tolle große Kühlschrank mit einem ebenso großen Gefrierfach.
Die Angestellten vor Ort waren ausnahmslos nett, hilfsbereit und gaben sich große Mühe, uns alles zu zeigen. Vielen Dank dafür.
Das ist mittlerweile das 4. und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir mit CanaDream gebucht haben.

Starting from reservation - Brettany, to pick-up, Thiago. Their help made the whole process seamless. The staff at pick-up were very friendly which made the start of our trip extremely positive. The training video was informative and clear so that a newbie could easily understand.

Well run operation. They delivered as promised and were friendly. I wish I had heard about the Northern Surcharge in advance.

Excellent communication pre and during the rental. Good resources - video, booklet etc, good itinerary suggestions on website.
Pick up we had a two hour wait because of short staffing. Not an ideal start. Several small issues with stiff/missing outdoor thatched and a collapsed kitchen drawer. Staff were very open to our feedback about this on drop off

My friends and I really enjoyed our RV trip through Cape Breton! The RC was easy to use, super clear instructions and training. The team in Halifax was AMAZING and did all they could to help us strat and end our journey really well!

The RV was well maintained and comfortable and had all the items we expected.

I didn't get the unit I reserved despite booking and paying in full many months in advance. There was a communication disconnect between pick up and drop off staff that led to drop off staff accusing me of lying. Canadream's response to this review was poor and dismissive of my review. I would not choose Canadream again as they have shown they do not take customer feedback seriously. Not to be trusted with my hard earned money again.

Had to wait 4 hours to get the RV although we reserved a pick up time.

Clear information, friendly staff. The rv we had reserved was not available anymore. Therefore we received an upgrade and a refund. I think a good solution after all.
Please note pick up time always takes you longer as expected. Would definitely book again!

Alles Prima, leider hat sich die Übergabe etwas verzögert weil jemand ein Fahrzeug zu spät abgegeben hat.

The RV was clean and comfortable. The dishes were glass and very noisy when we travelled.Plastic would be better. The cab was a little tight for the legs and feet. The explanation by the staff was clear and helpfull. The staff were very nice.

We really had a great trip with our Class C RV. My only quirk is that a person renting a camper & the sheet sets for a week gets clean sheets and we rented for 3 weeks and still only got 1 set of sheets. You have to consider renting the rv like a hotel where clean sheets are at least provided weekly. The same goes for the bathroom sani pacs. You only provide 5 pacs for 3 weeks. So had to find laundry machines and hardware store for sani pac supplies. RVs also needs a small garbage can. Would also be very nice if they had a small barbeque so we can cook outside. Otherwise all other info was straightforward and a great way to travel.

Our family's first rv road trip. Picked up Halifax and dropped off Toronto Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Good clean modern rv and easy to drive. Family had a great 7 days on the road exploring and camping.

Good vehicle exept the fridge which was not working for 3 days, long waiting time to get the vehicle

This was my first time renting an RV and the Halifax Canadream team made our Nova Scotia honeymoon trip one to remember. We were treated so well from start to finish. Thanks so much!

Der Kontakt zu CanaDream und die Übernahme und Abgabe des Wohnmobils waren reibungslos, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit dem Wohnmobil äußerst zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich die zusätzlich von uns gebuchten Campingstühle waren sehr einfach und unbequem.
