Van was good to drive but way too uneconomical $ 100 every 3-4 hours in gasoline was rediculous
Linen and cutlery etc should also be included not extra

We had a brilliant time with our CanaDream from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, and adding or removing certain aspects or items was very easy. The onboarding was easy through video, even for us as a first time RV using family. At the location we only spent about 30min to get our RV. As always make sure to take a video of the full RV and all it's details to avoid discussions when you return the vehicle. On the road we had 0 issues. Canadian roads (we were mostly on Vancouver Island) are wide, parking spaces are plenty, and camping grounds are very easy to navigate. Highly recommend you spend the extra few dollars on full hookup (energy and water). Returning the vehicle was also smooth and quick. Highly recommended and would 100% do it again.

I would definitely recommend canadream to anybody who is considering renting a vehicle in Canada. The booking process was easy, any queries that I had they responded to by email within 24 hours. The vehicle was great. There were a couple of tiny issues, there was no clicker to ignite the hob on the gas, we were missing one sheet from the linen pack, also we had a couple of problems with the furnace and the air-conditioning. That said, we had an incredible trip and the process was all very easy with Canadream. For information, we are a family five and we have three teenagers. We hired the biggest vehicle they offer – 33 feet! It was a bit of a shock at first driving it, but it was perfect for our needs.

We rented 2 SVC nearly brand new in July for several weeks. Disregarding the technical perfect conditon of the units we have 3 major issues that leads to a poor rating.
1. The cutlery was exact for 2 people. We asked for some more spoons, knives and forks but this was refused by the staff immediately. During the last 20 years of experiance with renting RVs in Canada, US and Europe we never had such a poor support.
2. During the pick up process the staff refused to share the condition report with us. So we had no chance to understand the already reported damages. We received the damage report a day later by mail. Why such a secret.
3. The units had a different floor plan compared to the examples on the web site. This is in general ok and we had this several times in all the years before. However - this floor plan was a desaster from our point of view. Example: The drawer for the cuttlery that we use several times a day was on floor level. The sink for the washroom was located in the sleeping area.Nogos from our point of view as user.

Disregarding the friendly staff and the professional and fast way during drop off our overall conclusion is not positive.
Maybe this will help to improve and catch up with the competition.

Wir haben alles bekommen was wir gebucht haben. Jedoch ging die Übergabe des Campers an uns im Vergleich zu der bereits 10 Jahre zurückliegende Reise viel hecktischer vonstatten. Auch die schiere Platznot auf dem Gelände von Canadream fanden wir unangehem. Wir hatten kaum Zeit den Camper vor der Reise einzuräumen.
Das Fahrzeug war toll, wir hatten keine Pannen und für 2 Personen bot es ausreichend Platz.
Die Rück-Übernahme des Campers von uns nach der Reise verlief profesionell und schnell. Auf kleine Mängel an der Einrichtung haben wir hingewiesen und man zeigte sich dankbar für die Hinweise. Die Caution wurde umgehend auf das Konto zurück überwiesen.

We enjoyed our CanaDream RV rental. Our only negative experience was pulling out the two chairs for which we paid extra and finding one completely broken. We called the office and they were very helpful. They said for us to buy a new chair and they would reimburse us. That's all good, but we had to repack the camper, go to a few stores during rush hour to find a chair. Needless to say, we were not happy. We had been looking forward to a relaxing evening sitting outside. We did get reimbursed for the chair. Besides that, we enjoyed our trip. The staff at the office were all very helpful and friendly.

Great service, my only complaint was the delay in our check in, but the team were great and very apologetic due to circumstances outside of their control. RV was superb, clean and a great space for us all!

Everything was perfect, great vehicle, great staff, fast check in and out. Canadream is a great family!

Service was good check in was easy RV was superb and as a first time RV Camper it was not as difficult as i thought it would be. Staff were great and very polite and answered all my questions. It really was a great holiday for us and would do it again.

When we arrive the Unit we rented was not available; so CanaDream provided us with an upgrade, which was slightky larger and more stressful to drive. As well, our Fridge/Freezer malfunction and the municipal water hook up did not work.The CanaDream staff tried to accommodate us.

We had a great experience with CanaDream and would definitely rent from them again.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The motorhome was in good condition, and both the pick-up and return process were quick, easy, and well organized.

There are just a couple of things that could be improved. In our opinion, two leveling blocks should be included as part of the standard equipment, as they are essential when camping.

Also, the water hose supplied with the motorhome was leaking from the beginning. We had to buy a new one during our trip, and unfortunately the cost was not reimbursed.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would happily choose CanaDream again.

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad met een camper van Canada dream rv.
We waren zeer snel op pad na de goede uitleg van een van de medewerkers hij gaf goede adviezen en tips.
Drie weken rondgereden 3500 km gemaakt.
Goede bedden keuken kompleet alles er op en er aan.
Wij gaan zeker nog eens naar Canada en zeker met een Canada dream rv.

Das Wohnmobil war super in Schuss und die Abwicklung bei Anmietung und Abgabe war ehrlich einfach. Lediglich, dass vor Antritt das Motoroil beim Fahrzeug nicht geprüft war und erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen aufgefüllt wurde, ist für mich ein Kritikpunkt. Auch habe ich mich gewundert, dass eine spezielle Einweisung in das Wohnmobil nochmals extra bezahlt werden musste. Ich denke, dass gehört einfach dazu. Wir hatten das Fahrzeug für 5 Wochen und haben knapp 8000 Euro bezahlt + Einweisung Unverständlich. Ich denke, dass müsste im Preis drin sein. Trotzdem kann ich Canadream nur empfehlen.

Very nice trip in total!
The vehicle was very well-sized, very clean, and very tidy. The service was excellent, especially when we had a breakdown; we received outstanding help and were very well looked after during that time. The only drawback, which is why I'm not giving it a perfect score, is the kitchen equipment. Wow, I'd say it's inadequate. It's missing a lot of things you actually need for cooking: only two glasses, two cups, two plates, etc. For two people, I find that very meager. There wasn't a single decent knife, and the kitchen utensils were very limited, with no trash can. It's not what you'd expect. There weren't even a few wine glasses on board.

The Canadream experience is incredible! They have pretty much every imaginable shape, size, and configuration of RV for your travel needs, and do a great job of putting you into a vehicle thar is well maintained and well equipped. Was a great experience dealing with Canadream from start to finish.

We had an amazing time with the RV! It drives very smoothly and is quite spacious. My only suggestions are:
a) I think the dishes should be plastic. Even though the cabinets are sturdy and keep everything from falling out, plastic would feel much safer.
b) I missed having wine glasses! :-)

Wir hatten ein super RV und sowohl die Vorbereitung Übergabe und Übernahme nach Abscluss der Reise haben hervorragend geklappt. Wir hatten ein gut ausgesuchtes Tourbuch und die Campingplätze haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.
