I have been trying to cancel the subscription for 3 weeks!! Have just been charged again and my emails are going unanswered!!! It makes my dog sick.
Avoid unless you want ripped off!
BEWARE COMES FROM CHINA!!! I received my first product. It made my dog sick. I just found out it is from China. I canceled the next delivery and they sent another delivery anyways. BUYER BEWARE. THEIR RETURN POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN. I'M OUT $75, PLUS THE FIRST PRODUCT COST OF $75 which I threw away.
It has Auto subscription, doesn't tell you that. And also the product is terrible. My dog had terrible breaks outs immediately after first use. Terrible absolute terrible product.
And also they won't refund me for the auto subscription. Be careful with this rip-off company

I ordered the Canbloom oil about month ago she has been having in her food about two weeks definitely an improvement & also eats all her lunch very quickly 😂
I have 2 frenchies and have really noticed the difference after they started taking this collagen. I tried so many methods before but none seemed to work as good as this one.
I highly reccomend this product if your dog has skin issues or allergies. Shipping took 5 days
Had a problem with subscription but was sorted out with fast response.

Terrible to deal with I purchased 3 bottles for my French bulldog 90 day course 29 days later back into my credit card for £39.00 at 3am in morning I immediately sent a message before the product was shipped 12 hours later I get a message to say they can’t cancel payment absolute scam I wanted to see if the product worked on my dog before re ordering but canbloom took the payment and won’t refund so my advice is to read the small print as the product doesn’t work

Ordered 6 months worth of this product 10 days ago. Still not arrived. Customer services not massively helpful.
Prompted by another reviewer, I thankfully checked my account and they had added a monthly subscription being charged at £118.00! I have, after MUCH difficulty and persistence, I believe, managed to cancel the subscription so a big shout out and thank you to the person who alerted me to this.
I can't yet comment on the actual product, however, as it is still in transit from China. I am now concerned about the quality of the product and feel I am not happy giving it to my dogs. A total waste of time and money.

Had a bit of a bad start with a packaging issue but soon resolved
The collagen drops are starting to work after a short time
Cancelled the automatic subscription that I didnt ask for but they then sent further stuff and charged my card £40. Contacted as soon as I was notified of the order but claimed they cannot cancel or refund. Canbloom have now contacted, apologised for their mistake and have refunded the charge.
