Cancel Timeshare successfully performed the responsibilities we paid them to do. Cancel Timeshare removed us from our timeshare contract.

It was easy to speak to an actual person if I had questions and Andrew was always very prompt and patient to respond. We realized within a very short time that our involvement in the timeshare was not good for us and Cancel Timeshare was a blessing to help us get free. It was worth the fees to get free and was accomplished in the time stated.

My husband and were so relieved when all three of our timeshare deeds got canceled. Throughout the process we were kept informed and never had to worry about what was going on. We were so thrilled to get out of our timeshare quicker than we thought.

We were feeling very defeated that we would never get out of our Hilton timeshare. The entire process was made so easy on us and they kept us updated every step of the way. From always taking phone calls, answering emails promptly, and keeping us updated through a portal, we always knew what was happening and the process was just as they described to us. The level of customer service and understanding by the staff was well worth the investment to get us out of the timeshare.

They people were amazing. They were competent, caring and responsive. From the first call/email we were treated with compassion and understanding. They handled all the challenging pieces and kept in constant communication with us. We were never in the dark and they didn't make any promises they didn't keep.

Explained this can be a lengthy process. And for me the best part is because I acted immediately they helped with the one thing no other company would. I got my deposit back because it was on my credit card. I did not pay a single cent to the Timeshare Company and that was a HUGE plus for me. They are very responsive and would highly recommend.

While trying to get out of my timeshare, I did a thorough search for trustworthy, reputable companies that help people who want to relinquish their timeshare appropriately. After much searching, I found Cancel Timeshare. I highly recommend this company! I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Especially Andrew Rest! He was assigned to my case. From the very beginning he was available and extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. He was transparent and always responded to my emails in a timely manner. I am writing a second review on this company, Cancel Timeshare. After my first review, the "company" aka a SCAMMER responded saying that I am a fake account or review. This is not the case. I am very real and I was very much scammed out of $3600.

I signed up for the $299 program and over the course of the year of payments, it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of communication, answers or updates. Eventually Andrew from the company would respond and say "Sorry, it's all been updated in the client portal" Which is also a fake site. After a long time, about a year, I asked them where everything was and they said my timeshare had been canceled and my name was off the deed. I asked them to provide me with any sort of proof or confirmation and they gave me some huge excuse as to why they couldn't provide me with that paperwork.

I eventually spoke with a lawyer who did some research and made some calls. Turns out the timeshare has NOT been cancelled, I was turned into a collection agency for $17,000 and my credit score tanked.

Since then, their Google business page has disappeared but I did find reviews on trust pilot sharing the SAME exact BS experience with this company.

SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY.

I've been paying $299 a month for seven months and they haven't even been able to halt my timeshare payments, let alone cancel my contract. Go elsewhere.
