Best service have ever had. Logs are exceptional quality and price is good.

Their delivery driver turned up smelling of booze and hobbling around on crutches, and asked me to manually lift two tons of logs off the back of his truck as he couldn’t get it off.

Company refused to issue a refund, by claiming I rejected the delivery.

I have tried many log companies but came across Candowe and seeing the prices and crate size gave them a go. They are simply the best logs I’ve had perfectly dry excellent size for my 5 kw log burner, no dross or rubbish hidden in the stack ( not always the case with some companies) just quality logs and a huge quantity very tightly packed into a huge crate. Once unpacked I had to extend my storage area as there were so many logs.
Delivery was quick and right up to my chosen place I simply can not fault this company who even give me free bags of kindling.
I won’t be going anywhere else for-logs in the future.

Can’t remember how I came across Candowe. I’m very glad I did.
I’d been with my present supplier for about 9 years, who had provided a good (if not sometimes pricey) service. However, looking at the product data of each, Candowe’s pallets are 13% larger and cheaper. Four ‘free’ bags of kindling was not to be sneezed at.
Overall a standard pallet of Birch logs from Candowe with the kindling thrown in and accounting for the extra volume of wood equated to a saving of £88. A no brainer, as they say.
But are the pallets delivered as a kerb side drop off or will they be put into my garage (like I’ve been used to)?. An email to Candowe was quickly answered the same day with an affirmative – and it was a Sunday! My order confirmation quickly followed with further coms regarding delivery dates.
The items were delivered on the due date and the pallet sited in my garage. Puuuuurrrrfect.
A seriously amazing 5* service. Well pleased.
PS. The birch logs burn with a lovely flame and give off a good amount of heat (and light!). The log sizes are well sized for my 6kW log burner – I used to get too many logs that were very large from my previous supplier, which I had to chop to a smaller size.

Great experience with this company and will definitely use them again. Great communication and great delivery from them. Wood is very well sized also. As said before, I'll use them again.

Proper kiln dried logs, not like the gash from the forestry lads. We have a long, thin gravel drive, not suitable for a wagon so I said just drop the pallet at the gate. Returned home to find the courier had got the pallet down the drive and dropped in the yard. Look no further for proper logs and helpful staffs.

Received crate today and very disappointed . The logs are no more that Kindling , I will probably burn through a standard crate in a few weeks , which is probably what they want . These Are sticks not logs. Will not be buying from this site again , very poor quality.
Would send it back if I could !

This was the fifth time I have ordered logs from Candowe. They always burn well with good heat. My last order was submitted on Wednesday and delivery was on Friday morning

I bought top quality split logs which were delivered and supplied on a water proof self contained log pallet.
So handy - looks nice too- fantastic hot burn - good value for money-
I would recommend this company to anyone with an open fire or log burner.
