On my very first withdrawal attempt, I encountered misleading and unclear information regarding withdrawal rules, processing times, and limits. I was initially told that payouts simply take time and that there are limits which the casino itself cannot influence — information that is not clearly stated upfront and should be.
It also does not feel reliable when a casino does not follow its own rules, especially when players are not given access to their winnings as expected. As a player, not being able to withdraw your own money — or having the withdrawal deliberately split into multiple transactions — seriously undermines trust.
As I understand it now, both withdrawal limits and processing times can vary depending on the payment provider. This means that if I want to withdraw €500, the provider may limit withdrawals to €100 at a time, with up to 24 hours between each transaction. In practice, this could mean waiting up to five days to receive a €500 withdrawal.
Aside from this issue, the overall experience has been fine. However, in the end, the most important thing with any casino is the ability to actually receive your winnings.
Deposits are processed instantly (of course), while withdrawals are slow, complicated, and subject to unclear limitations (also, of course).
For clarity: I made sure my KYC verification was fully completed long before requesting a withdrawal, specifically to avoid delays or additional procedures if I ever decided to cash out. Despite this, I am now required to go through further steps anyway.
Transparency around withdrawal limits, processing times, and procedures should be clearly communicated in advance. Learning about these restrictions only when attempting your first withdrawal creates frustration and raises concerns about reliability.

You get enough bonus, and everytime you win money. But to play the money free you have to deposit first. All the winnings set on hold, till you wagered the previous bonus winning. So you have to deposit. Strangely after depositing i never win a thing. Takes a long time and lots of money to play something free. Today i won 799 euro's. Its the 6th winning in the row. I have in my bonusaccount 1089 euro, so do the math how much i need to wager with deposits. Its completely impossible to free the bonus winnings. Too bad, cause the casino is not that bad. But these rules makes it impossible to withdraw a winning

Awful casino. I’ve played at many sites, but this one is easily among the worst. They advertise a “100% deposit bonus with 300 free spins,” but it’s completely fake.
To get the bonus, you must deposit more money just to wager your own funds. The free spins are another scam , you still have to wager the winnings with your own cash, sometimes thousands.
Their terms are unclear on purpose, hiding the real rules until after you deposit. Everything about this place feels deceptive and dishonest.
Easily one of the worst casinos I’ve ever used.
