Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service from Davis and the Cannazip team. Recently we needed some rollstock packaging in a pinch and Cannazip was able to deliver and get us back up to speed with production. I have been placing packaging orders with Cannazip for years now and always have a great experience.

Horrible communication
Horrible communication. The expectations set were no where near reality. The bags I eventually got had so many mistakes we will have to print and cover the backs.

Hi Chad, it is highly unfortunate that this review was provided, and as we did with the order, always try to right any potential issue. You had provided us with the artwork, which we mounted to the template free of charge, and you had also approved the artwork prior to production. It seems a little unfair this is being placed on our team when you had approved it to go to print. We had provided free expedited shipping at our cost, along with a discount on the order, as well as 500 free bags, to help remedy the minor delay, which resulted from an equipment breakdown. All production timelines are estimated and noted in our T&C, as this is a custom manufacturing process, and we do our absolute best to meet and often exceed these projections. Communication was provided throughout the process and is documented in recorded phone, text, and email conversations, many of which were unanswered, when we tried to provide updates. We tried our absolute best to accommodate your order and provide remedies to ensure your satisfaction and will continue to do so as we take the upmost priority in our customer's satisfaction, no matter the order size. If you would like to give us a call we'll be happy to go through everything with you. Thank you.

Davis and his team are absolutely amazing. Using any other company for your packaging needs would be a grave mistake, they truly set the standard and it can't be met by any other company, I garuntee!

This company is awesome! I was under a huge time crunch and they saved me. Not only did they help meet an incredibly difficult timeline they were delivered a day early. They delivered beyond expectations and quality was not comprised. I highly recommend this company.

As a digital designer I’ve worked with multiple companies while getting bags made for clients and nothing compares to my satisfaction with cannazip! What a great company on so many levels. They make the whole process smooth and their communication is top notch. Customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Definitely recommend working with them 100%
