After my previous car had some fault and having discussed it with Aaron, he provided advise on my interest, helped me part exchange the car with a second car. Provided all the support needed during the transition with courtesy car, to-and fro airport …

He is brilliant, the support and communication from Aaron from start to finish was amazing.

I never had to go to the showroom as I live 80 miles away so we always dealt with the transaction remotely, he took note of all my and my wife’s requirements and always, always goes extra mile to deliver the best customer service ever.

Great service from start to finish! Andrew sorted everything so quickly and sufficiently and the hand over was done by Joshua, who was so helpful and went the extra mile for me which was really appreciated! Really happy with everything :)

I purchased a VW Golf a couple of years ago and was looked after by Andy. I recently sold that and returned to CMW as needed something slightly bigger and had my heart set on an Audi A4 Avant. I had seen one further afield but was passing CMW so dived in on the off chance and once again dealt with Andy and the team.

The car I purchased from them is fantastic and they leave no stone unturned when it comes to customer service.

Definitely no high pressure sales and once we had agreed a purchase, they took time to ensure the car was thoroughly prepared for sale rather than rushing it out the door.

First time using CMW and I bought a great little FIAT 500 which I am really happy with. I have received first class customer care on a couple of fixes that have been done in the warranty period with no quibbles. The staff are polite and really helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend to all.
