We were greeted by one of the sales team, there was no pressure put on us. We were left to look around in peace. When we wanted to look at various cars we were given the keys and the salesman was on hand to arrange a test drive swiftly for us. We took the car out on our own, again with no pressure.
When we bought the car, our salesman arranged the cherished number plate swap for us and even changed the number plates himself.
The whole thing went very smoothly and we are very happy with the car and the service we received.
Jamie our salesman was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make the whole experience run smoothly.

Happy with the process of buying a car, great car with low mileage, I was told that I would be contacted to sort out a couple of issues with the bumper but heard nothing so I done it my self. Very friendly staff and happy with purchase, Thankyou.

When writing reviews for purchasing a new vehicle I always leave it a while, because first impressions might be great but when and if there's a problem with the car it's always telling of dealership when it comes to claiming on the warranty. Well Canterbury motoring world have been great from the start, the car when i collected it was in the exact condition as advertised, I dealt with Jamie on the day of collection who flew through all the boring stuff e.g paper work with me, whilst someone else cleaned down the car and put fuel in it which I thought was a nice gesture of goodwill. I came from over four hours away and they had me on the road in no time. To cut along story short on the way home I noticed that the heating was playing up and infact the car had warped discs, I contacted the dealership straight away, I dealt with the manager there Aaron who was brilliant from the off. We had my car booked into the local garage that I like to use and the issue was resolved, infact if my local garage hadn't been able to quote them reasonably Aron would of had someone drive down leave me a courtesy car and have my car collected and sorted by thier own mechanics. Which is almost unheard of well atleast for me I've always come across dealerships that when it comes to warranty they will use any excuse they can to not pay out, not these guys. Anyway I digress all in all a great experience I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, Canterbury motoring world get a solid 5 stars from me.

The customer service I recieved from both Andrew and Jamie was outstanding. Even after an issue that couldn't be avoided with my new bmw they took all necessary steps to make sure that the car was perfect before I was to purchase it. The buying process was simple and quick.
