Colors do not match the swatch on the website. Customer service was not helpful! Would not recommend.

I appreciated how quickly my order was shipped and how easy it was to order. I do wish that the diploma holder had the option of being plain with no words on the cover.

The rep that assisted me was incredibly helpful. I needed a gown for a rather large student and initially I went to the page that has the sizes. At the bottom of it, there is a number to call if the size you need is not listed. That number is incorrect. It's a number to order a Medical Alert bracelet. I suggest you correct that number. So I called your number and Diane responded and with several emails, my concern was taken care of.

The ordering process was easy and tracking was updated the entire time. However, my gown is short. I used the length the website recommended for my height. It comes just past my knees so it doesn't look the best. I gave three starts because I would have like to receive a gown that is more appropriate.
