I had a really great experience with…
I had a really great experience with this funded firm. After clearing my 1st phase, I received my funded account without any issues, which was a very smooth process.
The support team on Discord is honestly amazing. Whenever I faced any problem, Mahbood1100 sir and .mstwanted were always there to help me quickly. Sukma Rizky sir also supported me a lot throughout my journey.
What makes this firm stand out is their regular offers and discounts, which are very helpful. Also, the payouts are fast, which builds trust. The Atomic account option is even better because it offers a 100% refundable fee, which is just amazing.🤩🤩
Overall, this is one of the best funded firms I’ve come across. Highly recommended for anyone serious about trading ✅❤️

Dear Support Team,
Dear Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my funded account.
I successfully completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the challenge and was moved to a live funded account. However, before accessing the account fully, I was required to complete KYC verification.
Unfortunately, due to a technical issue/bug on your system, my KYC process could not be completed despite multiple attempts from my side. Without any fault on my end, my account has now been marked as “Blocked.”
This is extremely concerning because:
* I have already passed all required phases successfully.
* The issue occurred due to a system error, not user negligence.
* I was not provided a fair chance to complete KYC.
I request you to please take immediate action on this matter and provide one of the following resolutions:
1. Re-initiate my KYC process so I can complete verification, OR
2. Restore/unblock my funded account at the earliest.
I am fully willing to complete KYC again and provide any required documents.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it as soon as possible. I am looking forward to your prompt response.

We would like to inform you that you successfully passed your account in October 2025 as part of our Free Giveaway Program.
However, the account has remained inactive for the past six months and has consequently breached our Inactivity Rule.
Additionally, after successfully passing Phase 2, traders are required to complete the KYC process within 30 days of account clearance. As this requirement was not fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe, it constitutes a violation of our KYC policy.
Due to the breach of both the inactivity rule and the KYC compliance requirement, the account has been permanently closed. This is considered a valid and final breach under our terms and conditions.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option to reactivate the account, as this falls under a hard breach of our policies.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Fake reviews
I am editing my previous review to expose the truth about Capital Chain. This firm is holding payouts hostage and forcing traders to leave positive reviews on Trustpilot before they even process the withdrawal.
I have clear chat proofs where their support staff explicitly stated: "After your review is live we will process" and "All participants are required to leave a review at the time of their payout request."
This is a clear violation of Trustpilot’s guidelines and a huge red flag for any trader. Do not trust their high ratings, as most of them are forced. They are not transparent and are using unethical tactics to maintain their reputation. Be very careful with your money here.

I have been using this prop firm for 3…
I have been using this prop firm for 3 to 4 months now and I will say it really a good prop firm to look into I already received 3 payouts split from them from the free $5k account they shared during community engagement program, their spread is so tight just like raw spread and their prices are affordable no hidden rules everything about rules is straight forward and traders friendly. Thanks to them I gained Alot I really appreciate the opportunity they gave me their support team is always active to help and talk respectfully.

This is the first time I have received payout from the propfirm company, and this is also the best propfirm in my opinion at the moment, starting from the easy rules, there are no hidden rules, everything is transparent.Also with a very thin spread, I am currently waiting to receive my first payout.
