Strategic Capital (and my contact there, Eric) were absolutely wonderful to work with; I was able to call, explain our situation (which was non-standard, to say the least), and then Eric was able to find us the right lender who understood our business needs and was able to provide us the funding we needed in a pretty quick turnaround (2 to 3 weeks.) The rate for providing the brokerage services was reasonable, and the rates we received from our ultimate lender were fantastic, too. With so many lenders out there it’s hard to not be on edge, leery and even skeptical that they can deliver the goods that they all promise they can.
