To clarify, Capitalise.ai does partner with Fidelity, though we are an independent platform and not part of Fidelity Investments. I’m sorry if this distinction wasn’t clear during your onboarding experience.

Regarding your account deletion request, you’re absolutely right to expect us to meet the timelines we communicate. Over the past two weeks, we’ve experienced an unusually high volume of support and compliance requests, which led to delays in processing some account closures. That said, we fully acknowledge that we did not meet the timeframe provided to you, and I sincerely apologize for that.

Your account has since been fully closed, and confirmation has been sent to you. All associated personal data has been handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

We appreciate you raising your concerns and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
