I ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately were faulty , I emailed them and phoned and then sent back for a replacement and within a few days another pair arrived. Fantastic service and the lady who I spoke to on the telephone was so very helpful . Highly recommend this company .

Capollini shoes are very beautiful and I ordered two separate designs. Unfortunately one pair didn't fit the other wasn't suitable. The returns process was very good and the staff at Capollini were very helpful. I received my refund very swiftly.

My order arrived promptly. The shoes were fantastic quality and looked amazing. Unfortunately, they were too big and they don’t do any smaller than a size 3.
