Product all I expected, good price efficient delivery, small down side it arrived without any prior warning.

The price was very reasonable and frankly sourcing these bricks was not easy since I’m grateful you stock them. Delivery was quick and they were very well packed.

Was communicated well about oil delivery.
Friendly staff.

Very poorly packaged. We bought a fire grate which was heavy and an ashpan which was thin metal. There was no packing just a plastic bag containing both. The ashpan cut through the plastic and the grate bent the ashpan. There should have been some cushioning to prevent both problems.

Prompt service ,good quality goods

Excellent service and communication. Delivery driver was friendly
