Snelle reactie op mail vooraf de verhuurperiode. De gloednieuwe auto werd door een zeer vriendelijke medewerker afgegeven op luchthaven Malaga. Dit ging snel en met een duidelijke uitleg. Omdat we al vroeg terug vlogen, moesten we de auto al voor 9 uur in de ochtend inleveren. We kregen hiervoor een app met een duidelijke instructie. Geen gedoe met bijkomende kosten zoals je bij veel andere bedrijven leest. Dit bedrijf is zeker een aanrader. Als ik weer een auto in Spanje moet huren is dat zeker weer bij Caramba Car.

Previously, when renting a car at Malaga Airport, I would have used the well known companies- this year initially based on value for money, I decided to use Caramba Car Hire at Malaga Airport. Based on my personal experience between the 23rd - 30th April I can wholeheartedly recommend Caramba Car Hire. The pick-up and return within the terminal car park was fast and efficient and the vehicle supplied was clean and matched pre-booked requirements. During my rental period I had the bad luck to suffer a wheel puncture, they promptly organised a taxi to take me back to the airport to pick up an identical replacement vehicle-customer service like that is so uncommon now that it almost comes as a shock. Happy to recommend this company to anyone planning to rent a vehicle at Malaga Airport

Excellent car hire company. So quick and convenient to collect car at arrivals. Great customer service and communication with this company. Seamless handover as details are all completed prior to travel and held on file for future hires. We had lovely New cars on both of our trips this year.

Fantastic car hire
I have been using this car hire company for years. the cars are always good quality and spotless. The staff are always extremely friendly,and the cars are always dropped of on time. 1st class service and no hidden fees like all the other company's. Alicante is a closer airport to where I stay,but I always fly to malaga just for caramba cars. 5 🌟

Tout était au top ( réservation,personnel, voiture). Pas de surprise. Réception et remise de la voiture sans problème et rapide à l'aéroport. Des mails avec vidéo pour expliquer où récupérer le véhicule et un lien Google Map pour la remise.
