No frills, straight forward booking process with punctual drop off and collection. Simply put, everything works well. I have used Caramba before and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Capisco che possa sembrare insolito non trovare recensioni negative, ma possiamo assicurarti che tutte le recensioni sono autentiche e scritte da clienti che hanno realmente noleggiato con noi.
Non cancelliamo recensioni, né positive né negative, e non chiediamo a nessuna piattaforma di rimuovere commenti.
Dal 1994 lavoriamo puntando su un servizio molto semplice e trasparente: niente code, nessun costo nascosto e assistenza diretta e personalizzata. Questo è ciò che molti clienti apprezzano e raccontano nelle loro recensioni.
Naturalmente nessuno è perfetto, ma quando si presenta un problema lo risolviamo sempre in modo rapido e diretto, ed è probabilmente anche questo che si riflette nelle valutazioni.

My first rental with Caramba Car but certainly not the last as we will be in Marbella regularly. Finally a rental company with pleasant people and a great service! And very important NO waiting time, really super experience. So it is possible at Malaga airport!

Very good experience
Very fast car rental. Perfect communication, no problem to change the time based on my mistake. Return also very fast. The gentleman who handled everything was nice and very professional. I would only suggest upgrading the reservation server, which was a little chaotic for me.

That was great
I had a very pleasant experience. Pick-up and drop-off were easy, fast, and comfortable. The car itself was top-notch! I actually received a newer model than what was described on their website - they must have updated their fleet. The car brought nothing but positive emotions: it was clean, well-maintained, brand new, fuel-efficient, and unexpectedly powerful for its specs. Combined with the rental price (even with full insurance), this is the ideal option on the rental market.
