My experience with Carateu was excellent, from the first message on WhatsApp until delivery. What I would like to highlight most is the client-oriented approach. Even for my modest order (a 14k gold pendant with a 0.95 carat lab-grown diamond), they treated me like a high-priority client. Communication was excellent; they replied almost immediately and were always helpful and professional. Delivery was within the agreed terms, and even more so, when I told them that the pendant was a gift for my wife on the occasion of the birth of our first child, they tried to speed up delivery, upgrading it to overnight shipping at no extra cost to me. The jewelry I received looked flawless, a high-quality beautiful pendant with a sparkling real diamond with a certificate. I had only 4 weeks before I had propose! But CarateEu made it possible in less than 3 weeks! The ring is so beautiful 4ct diamond platinum. I was deeply worried about the exact design and they crushed it! The CAD design made it easier to get it right BEFORE they started working on it. The order experience was very simple and nice to use. I could design my own ring just the way my soon to be wife would like it. There is plenty of options to chose from, and the diamond selection was very beautifully displayed. I ordered on 16.08.2026 and received it in super good quality with a nice box and certificates plus a very pleasant self written note from the gemologist Raiha on 23.09.2026. I always knew where it was, as the nice team of Carateu kept me informed with updates. After the quality check the ring arrived in 2 days from Stockholm. Pricing, product, and overall experience considered, i couldnt have bought it anywhere for better value!

I recently bought a 10.13 ct emerald cut from Carateu, best decision i made. They are super reliable and the stone came as in the videos shown by the supplier. It matches the IGI certificate and it’s spectacular. Im very happy with my purchase and the support. A coloured diamond will be my next purchase for sure.

The representative of the company was really helpful with setting up a B2B account and leading us through the process. The diamonds that arrived to our place some time after that (within promised time period) were wonderful, better than in the pictures online.

I found Carateu through Reddit while i was searching for a diamond to make a ring. Raiha made the whole procedure as easy as it can be and i felt i was in the right hands from the start! I was a bit overwhellmed at first as i was not sure what to look exactly. They asked for all the details i was looking and presented me with their best product they could offer in my budget. That for me is a 10/10 customer service. They also provided me with more photos and videos when requested, which was greatly apreciated and the shipping was fast and w/o any problems.
