Ordered gloss badges, they are a poor fit, not covering the badge fully and to big in other areas, the sticky pads did not make contact with the original badge, due to the poor fit, meaning they would just fall off if left.

Failed to respond to various methods of contact. Have had to ask PayPal to sort it out for me.

Bought the carbon dash for my fk2 type r and the fitting was perfect and it looks amazing.very happy will defo buy from them again

This is by far the best customer service I have ever received. My black fn2 petrol cap cover was stolen (or fell of with the heat of the sun, unsure which) after having been on the car for a few months. I contacted the company to ask if I could buy another. They very very kindly sent me out a new one for free. Never have I experienced such generousity.
Communication was fast, delivery was fast, and I couldn't actually believe the level of kindness.

I ordered a black ring for the bmw logo in the trunklit for the f20, i paid 20 euro’s for it. We are 6 weeks furder, they sended it to the wrong adres. I contacted them asking where my order is. No reply, still dont have my product and i dont have my money back. They scamed me.

Can't fault them one bit, ordered black BMW centre caps my wheels, black M badges for the quarter panels and a ring to black out the rear badge. Quality is second to none, especially for the price your paying. Delivered before I was expecting.. trying to think of some constructive criticism but I genuinely can't think of anything! Awesome stuff would recommend! I'll be buying a carbon fibre boot spoiler next month, thanks again!

Ordered carbon vents and the steel wheel a steering wheel garnish from these guys for my type R last year. Fast delivery and a great finish. The vents are still absolutely perfect with a superb finish....
The garnish clouded after a year, but I am definitely still giving this company 5 stars, they're customer service was amazing and definitely take pride in the quality of their work. They suggested polish which didn't work, so they instantly offered a replacement a full year later. Obviously something has happened as a one off to cause this as i have other items from them which are perfect, and they still replaced them.

Ordered parts 6 weeks ago, thought the company was closed due to covid19. Got in contact with them, which they replied straight away that they've been open all along. I asked where my parts were & got ignored straight after this.

Contacted them again asking for a full refund & I've been ignored again.

Honestly wouldn't mind waiting for the parts given the situation if they sent a 2 min email over the 6 weeks, or even replied when I got in contact but this is ridiculous, Espc considering they've still got my money!

Unhappy with the product. The sticker does not stick to my dash even though I wiped it down with surgical spirit to remove previous polish. The sizing is also wrong. It is far to big and does not fit around the dash buttons
