We have found Cardigan Bay Properties and Helen Worrall very helpful in our search for a property in our chosen area. How lucky we were to find this company and its directors, to handle the sale of our cottage.
It was trouble free from start to finish. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done was second to none.
They promoted it in the right places to get us 4 offers exceeding our asking price.
They handled all the prospective buyer's questions promptly, keeping us informed at all times.
They chased up both solicitors to ensure a smooth and timely exchange of contracts.
It's not often one can give a glowing report about a house sale.
