I want to give thanks to Amber and Dan for helping me with my situation. I don't know what I would have done without them. Big thanks to Cardinal Branch and all of the employees.

We were $50,000.00 behind on our payments. Covid was rough on my family. I have three children. Two of them have medical issues. Good kids, just not the best of health. My wife's mother lives with us too. It was actually her house, but we were making the payments on it. But the bank foreclosed on us and threatened us with a pending sale date. The lawyer for the lender was already attached. Our exit from the home was imminent. We would be on the street with an older woman, two sick kids and my wife and Son. Not an ideal situation for a man with a great deal of pride. That's when I get this crazy text message that seems to address all of my concerns. Is this an answered prayer? Or a grifter trying to fleece off of my family's wows. I'm excited and terrified all at the same time. Torn between two worlds of good and bad. I took a chance, I had no choice. A few months later Big Al kicked the lender's butt into submission and my fears were finally over. These guys are amazing. And don't let Big Al scare you. I found out, he's the only one you can trust.

We had a sale date. 24 months behind. My wife was sick, so I had to take off work to care for her. The kids are gone. There adults now. Not very supportive. I was a little unsure at first when Jimmy from Cardinal Branch called me. I had fallen behind on my mortgage payments due to my wife passing away and me being laid off about a month after. Cardinal Branch and Ken Sargent are the best thing since sliced bread. They helped me save my home and I was over 12 months behind on my payments. They stopped a sale date on my home and still lowered my payments by $189. I would refer them to anyone who needed help with their mortgage. Really good people.
