Sketching Sailboats in Italy

I ordered this beautiful paper Sketchbook Boats to wrap a gift to a friend who has a schooner in Puglia southern Italy. He will be overjoyed with the paper as much as the gift!. Two days to come from Isle of Lewis to Dorset, excellent! I had a lovely email from Janet as I too love sketching boats. I would certainly buy from Janet again. Thank you so much, I have found a new wonderful company for quality paper merchandise.

Quick & helpful service if a little expensive Very quick response when enquiring…

Very quick response when enquiring about next day delivery & item posted shortly after & arrived next day, so very grateful. Next day delivery charge a little steep @ £11 when postage on package was £7.65. Nevertheless grateful as was a memorial gift for my bereaved relative.
Today seller very kindly refunded the postage difference which was a really nice gesture. Thank you!

Great Subscription

As always my subscription of cards arrived beautifully wrapped and with a personal note from Janet. Such a delightful choice a bright floral cards this month that really brightened up a dull day and will also bring a smile to whoever I send them on to. I always greatly anticipate my subscription box to see what theme has been chosen and which cards I get...Janet you make me smile every month Thank you

I ordered five different colours of…

I ordered five different colours of letter packs but on arrival they were all the same. I suppose the only way to order is one at a time but this is expensive for me on postage and inconvenient for you. Disappointing !!

Really sorry to hear about the mix-up with the letter packs – not the stylish experience we aim for! 😔 I tried reaching out to sort things, but it seems we might have missed each other. You ordered 5 Magical Menagerie Pigeon letter packs and that's what we sent you. Perhaps it wasn't clear that the variety is in the packs themselves as each contains 6 slightly different patterned letters? Do hope you can get in touch directly so we can try and resolve this for you.

Lovely!

It was my first experience using this company and won’t be the last. The item I ordered was delivered quickly and was beautifully wrapped and packaged, with a little thank you note inside. It was lovely to receive something with care and attention put into it. Thank you ❤️

Reliable company

I was very impressed with the service last year and I was impressed again this year! Next day delivery arrived when it should have. Thank you for being so very reliable. I highly recommend.
