Did not receive item in specific time, had to chase item. Not happy

You gave me a delivery date of Friday 12th September but my item did not arrived. I sent various emails to yiu to which there was no reply and the card was eventually delivered yesterday 16th September. You have to keep customers fully advised if you want recommendations.

It was so easy to order. Everything is explained. Itty took me about 5 minutes start to finish. I didn't realize I was ordering from the UK but shipping wasn't crazy.

I ordered a novelty ID card and lanyard for my grandson’s birthday. I tried to contact the company last week with a query about delivery but was unable to get through by email or phone. Luckily it arrived on time. He opened it today and put it on immediately and within an hour the lanyard ribbon has come away from the breakaway clasp. I’ve tried to email several times and it keeps bouncing back. I phoned but nobody responds. Terrible customer service and very disappointing for my 4 year old grandson.

I received the medical alert card without the photo I included when placing the order. I contacted the company twice via email, twice via online form and left several voice messages. There is absolutely no one to answer. They dumped the medical card and disappeared into thin air. No customer service, no communication, pretty basic service. I will look into reporting the business to Trading Standards.

Lovely little ID badge for my granddaughter. I’m sure she will love it. Only negative was that I emailed twice with a query about delivery but received no responses.

Everything came as requested

The quality was really good however the service was dreadful! Paid for 24 hour tracking,the lanyard took 4 days to arrive and when it did it had 48 hour tracking stamp on it. I emailed 3 times for updates to which no response from the company at all which I find very unprofessional.

Lots of designs to choose from and delivery was fast too
