The man, Stewart, who served me in Cards Galore Irvine this morning was helpful and efficient. He advised about not keeping the balloons in the car but in the house so they wouldn't deflate. Stewart added the little touches with ribbon and bagged them up properly for me.

Great service as always
The order was dispatched at once. Safely packaged to avoid being bent. Only delay was delivery by Post Office which was nothing to do with shipper. Have used them for many years and will use again

Poor service
Ordered birthday wrapping paper for my grandaughter, via Amazon. Ordered on 27th April. Today is the 3rd May and my granddaughters birthday. It says delivery on 6th May. Why do companies advertise these products if they are not in stock. Very disappointed and wont use them again.

I have responded to your message on Amazon & after tracking the order with Royal Mail the order was due to be delivered today 3rd May so have asked for it to be returned to us as too late for you and have requested Amazon to refund you. We do have items in stock, if there had been an issue with stock we would have contacted you

Very expensive
Nice cards, but the prices of Valentines this year are becoming extortionate! Just spent £6.99 on a pretty basic card (yes, she's worth it, and more, but the price is a rip-off!)
Cards Galore say "none of our products match the description and we can’t find any order from you". (a) the card is a "Five Dollar Shake" card (you had loads of them on display), and (b) people generally don't "order" cards - they impulse buy. So - just respond to my "very expensive" comment!
